Used to love Coast…
…but in the past year they have made changes that have tanked the user experience. Trying to figure out returns to all the vendors instead of 1 place is like being told to crack the da Vinci code, the VIP membership now only works for Debenham’s, and communication with customer service is a nightmare; it takes ages to get a response & they often only half answer then close the case and ask you to rate the experience. The member portal isn’t great & can take you in a maze or a dead end depending on what info you’re looking for, it doesn’t properly track what’s been delivered, and when you do manage a refund, you’re sort of on your own trying to figure out what money refunded is for what items. Godspeed, people x
Coast is not working
Neither the app nor the web want to log my account since couple of days ago until now and there’s no contact or customer service to solve this problem, I want to use it urgently,
I hope someone solve this ASAP or reply my message.

Not happy that the only way to receive Free Delivery is to become a Coast VIP member. I’m sure Coast could afford to do better.
App order
I had to order it on the main website and leave it in my basket and log into the app as I was unable to add anything in the basket via the app itself.

Ordered 3 dresses and they arrived the next day. Lovely quality and just what I was looking for.

Really bad customer service because after returning the clothes to the company, they don’t refund any amount of money they like for any reason.

Tried all day to request a return.
The app failed every attempt for me to process a return. No information if the app fails to process a return. Not happy the item is too small.☹️
Great sale - fast service
I supply clothes for my daughter who has a very hectic corporate job with loads of events to attend.
Thus no time to shop.

Bought next day delivery and 10 days later no delivery
I actually will never know about the products since it’s the first time I ever ordered and I never received the clothes. Worth nothing that I paid for the premium subscription to het next day delivery, 10 days later still no package in sight! Customer service saying that they want me to wait until it’s been late for more than 14 days to declare it lost and potentially send a refund! My point is I needed the clothes before which I why I paid for next day delivery! It was for an occasion. Anyway won’t order again!
