I also love the discounts Coast offers and the delivery methods. -- Jacquiasante, 2024-09-22 ### ***** "Easy and fast checkout" At last a website that doesn’t make you open an account, you can be a guest and not have to sign up. Hopefully I don’t get junk mail too -- isuey74, 2024-09-06 ### **--- "Used to love Coast…" …but in the past year they have made changes that have tanked the user experience. Trying to figure out returns to all the vendors instead of 1 place is like being told to crack the da Vinci code, the VIP membership now only works for Debenham’s, and communication with customer service is a nightmare; it takes ages to get a response & they often only half answer then close the case and ask you to rate the experience. The member portal isn’t great & can take you in a maze or a dead end depending on what info you’re looking for, it doesn’t properly track what’s been delivered, and when you do manage a refund, you’re sort of on your own trying to figure out what money refunded is for what items. Godspeed, people x -- flipping nickname, 2024-05-14 ### *---- "Coast is not working" Neither the app nor the web want to log my account since couple of days ago until now and there’s no contact or customer service to solve this problem, I want to use it urgently, I hope someone solve this ASAP or reply my message. -- Rainan Allabib, 2023-09-28 ### *---- "Mauz1" Not happy that the only way to receive Free Delivery is to become a Coast VIP member. I’m sure Coast could afford to do better. -- Maurz63, 2023-05-18 ### *---- "App order" I had to order it on the main website and leave it in my basket and log into the app as I was unable to add anything in the basket via the app itself. -- tmel70, 2023-05-06 ### ****- "Great fashion" Love the styles and choice can usually find what I’m looking for. Website sticks a bit -- Gillynails, 2023-03-16 ### ***** "Gorgeous quality dresses" Ordered 3 dresses and they arrived the next day. Lovely quality and just what I was looking for. -- Say Cheese xx, 2023-03-03 ### *---- "Complain" Really bad customer service because after returning the clothes to the company, they don’t refund any amount of money they like for any reason. -- Pari goli, 2023-01-25 [View all Coast reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Coast Discovered Keywords - fashion - coast - next app - chi chi - wallis - stillbuch ## Apps Similar to Coast - [FRASERS.com](https://apptail.io/app/fraserscom-rdc/united-kingdom) - [Freemans - Fashion & Home](https://apptail.io/app/freemans-fashion-home-vVj/united-kingdom) - [SilkFred: Women’s Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/silkfred-womens-fashion-xGl/united-kingdom) - [JD Williams - Women's Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/jd-williams-womens-fashion-Jho/united-kingdom) - [Chi Chi London: Shop Dresses](https://apptail.io/app/chi-chi-london-shop-dresses-qip/united-kingdom) - [Axparis](https://apptail.io/app/axparis-Nwq/united-kingdom) - [By Rotation | Rent Buy Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/by-rotation-rent-buy-fashion-RJs/united-kingdom) - [Karen Millen Women’s Clothes](https://apptail.io/app/karen-millen-womens-clothes-NTs/united-kingdom) - [REISS](https://apptail.io/app/reiss-flO/united-kingdom) - [Sosandar – Women’s Fashion](https://apptail.io/app/sosandar-womens-fashion-TZdn/united-kingdom) ## Coast Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/coast-fashion-occasionwear-hYs/united-kingdom) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/coast-fashion-occasionwear-hYs/sweden) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
