Kan geen achtbanen registreren, en registratie voor de website duurt 7 dagen. Werking in het algemeen is onduidelijk. Kan ik mijn geld terug krijgen?

De app is mooi ingericht. Echter is de app misleidend, omdat je een abonnement af moet sluiten wil je de app volledig gebruiken. Dit staat wel beschreven in de omschrijving, echter is dit verborgen onder het knopje "meer lezen". Jammer.

Wish the searching for a friend feature was easier and more social. Still does what it promises and more.

This app is my new best friend for both keeping up with my coaster count and finding coasters near me, both at home and while traveling. I have the paid subscription, which is more than worth it for the convenience it offers. Very low cost for a ton of great features.

I feel compelled to write this because I can’t believe how many bad reviews there are for this great app. It does cost $3 a year to use, but I think the value is 10 times that. Every coaster in the world is listed and it is very easy to use. I have had great costumer service, unlike a lot of the bad reviews. I tried LogRide, but I really disliked that it had every ride in the park and not just the coasters. You do need to set up your account online, but then you can easily log into the app. I was able to use the date and old trip itineraries to create a very accurate timeline of first rides of the coasters I had ridden before I used this app. I use this app all of the time when out riding and when planning trips. I highly recommend it.

I should not have bought an app without a free trial. You have to pay to download and when you register beware you may not get a response for 5-days. The response doesn’t matter when it comes because the app is so difficult to use. There are three apps better than this and all of them free. Look elsewhere Editing my review because the developer contacted me via email with a snarky, passive aggressive response to this review. Bad app, bad customer service. Stay away.

The specifically say when you are creating an account. It is strictly prohibited to register multiple times. Doing so will result in a permanent ban for all related accounts! And when you put your info in they don’t sent you a confirmation email!!!! It is a scam!,,,,

With a paid app titled coaster count, you’d think you’d be able to actually count the coasters you’ve ridden once the app is downloaded. Well, without registering and paying more, it’s simply a coaster database, which is free and also referenced within the app. Save your $3.00.

Before you buy, please understand that they make you pay an additional $3 per year to use. They don’t tell you until after you pay for the app. Even after you pay the $3 it is an absolute pain trying to verify your account to log into the app. It’s a coaster app that they secure like it’s your income tax information. Absolute garbage.

I love coasters and I love the idea behind this app! However, after purchasing the app, I haven’t been able to log into my account (I keep getting told to use a desktop and purchase some kind of other subscription to it), there’s also no way to contact support on the app (at least not that I can see). I just tried using the website, and it’s decent. Slow, but decent. I really wish I would’ve just tried that first and passed on this mobile app that doesn’t even work.
