## Coatbridge Cars Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Avoid"
Avoid at all costs and just go with penny cars. Lack of customer service from the company along with a terrible app.
-- johnny11490, 2023-07-06

### **--- "App needs work"
The app needs some work done
I booked a taxi and went to check the app and is just had the fully booked notice not allowing me to see my taxis status
-- MidshipGary, 2022-07-18

### ***-- "Ok"
Card payment option would be great for this app. Frustrating that it doesn’t have it. Means I will have to use penny cars when I’d rather use swift.
-- Pla85, 2019-02-06

### ***** "Drivers"
Very helpful and always happy 2 help
-- plasticpot, 2018-06-22

### **--- "Not good enough"
Needs to have notifications and to be less buggy
-- Cursedtoni, 2017-10-23

### *---- "App booked wrong, no help from staff"
Booked taxi for ASAP, operator confirmed booking with a ten minute wait. After 20 I called to see where my taxi was, to be told, it was booked for tomorrow morning and I wouldn’t be able to get a taxi in the next half an hour. When I pointed out it wasn’t my fault their system had booked it wrong the answer was it wasn’t their fault either!!!

Terrible app and terrible service has just lost them a regular customer.
