What is wrong with the app? I can’t even access, keep having error messages.
I joined the Cobb County Library last summer and loved using the app to reserve books and renew checked out books. I also used it to show my card. Then all of a sudden it stopped working. I deleted it, reinstalled it and to this day it has never worked… and I’ve tried this over and over. A library employee told me they knew there was an issue and he thought it was resolved… that was in December. Almost March now and it is still a no go. Please fix this app! Thank you
I used this app over 6 months and then it started giving error when I open checkouts link. Then I removed and re-installed app which doesn't work at all and gives me error- unable to connect to server . Try again. I hope it'll be fixed soon.
I loved this app because I could request my books and then pick them up when they were ready or I could figure out where a book I wanted was and go get it from there. Not sure what happened but several months back it suddenly stopped working and it still has not been fixed. Feels like they abandoned it.
I have been unable to open App for several months. I have been able to use it successfully for 2years before this.I have an Iphone14 so the age of the phone is not an issue. Whatever you did to update the App had been useless.
Used for years, quit working around Jan 2024. Keeps giving “unable to connect to server” several un/reinstalls and still nothing.

This is an FYI for anyone else who come here looking for information like I did. I called the library, they’re aware of the problem- but it’s a developer issue. It’s not just our county, but anyone who uses this system. They don’t have any access to respond to reviews or anything. Going online still works, hopefully the app is up and running again soon.
Same as others, can’t connect, deleted and tried again same.
I used to love this app but for the last 6 months I just get error messages every time I search for books or try to access my holds. This app could be great but it needs work!
