Frequently gets stalled and crashes.
App update
I am very frustrated by this update. Deleted and re installed but no improvement seen. I changed my password needlessly😡
Just doesn’t work
Can’t create an account. Says its sending verification emails but doesn’t (yes, we check our junk folders) tried multiple times over three weeks.
We even go to the bakery less often because we’re sick of explaining to the staff why we aren’t collecting points.
Does not update, sync, or allow you to redeem. Fail
The app was promising but at a closer look it doesn’t seem to update the points. The points in the app are not the same as the ones on the register and despite having rewards, loaded, they will not redeem. Give me my old card and stamps and call it a day .
Have tried reinstalling, logging out etc etc etc

Signed up. Each week I go to the store and the app does nothing. No one can help. The scanner never works.
The app is trash
Never received the confirmation email. Don’t develop app if you can’t find a competent developer. It hurts your brand.
Epic fail
I keep getting asked if I have the Cobs app when I’m in store and I’ve finally downloaded it - I cannot get the verification email sent to my account, even though it’s correct! Fail.
