## Cobweb Description
The 30-Day Method to Break Your Phone Addiction
Crush Your Phone-Free Goal by Committing Cash

Get a free, custom detox plan to complete daily challenges where you:

1. Start a focus session
2. Commit cold, hard cash
3. Stay off your phone, or pay up (donate)

Cobweb is the hardcore focus app that helps you beat phone addiction without relying on willpower alone. If you've tried everything to reclaim your focus and conquer procrastination, it's time for a wake-up call. The soft approach of most screen time apps doesn't work for everyone. You might need something tougher. Real skin in the game.

Instead of cheesy mindfulness tips and deep breathing exercises, put some real money on the line and watch your motivation to stay off your phone skyrocket.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose Your Focus Duration
Set a timer for your focus session. The longer, the better. You'll feel fantastic after a digital breather.

2. Put Money on the Line
This is where it gets interesting. Put cash on the line to prevent yourself from bailing on your session goal.

3. Crush Your Goal (or Pay Up!)
Get out there and touch grass. If you use your phone before your session is over, you'll have to pay the piper (after operating costs, proceeds are donated to The Center for Humane Technology).

Cobweb helps you control your screen time by starting a focus session (similar to a Pomodoro timer) and, more importantly, sticking to your goals. Block distractions and achieve freedom from phone addiction—no need to go cold turkey or buy a dumbphone. No mindfulness or productivity hacks needed.

If you have trouble staying off your phone or need a dopamine detox, Cobweb is the path forward.

BENEFITS:

- High-Stakes Focus: Put your money where your focus is. Cobweb lets you put real money on your focus sessions, so you have skin in the game. Reap the rewards of unbreakable concentration.

- Cheat-Proof Accountability: No more cheating your way out of focus sessions - our app keeps you honest, whether you like it or not. Once you start, there's no way to quit or disable the session.

- No More Tweaking Settings: Forget fiddling with settings or resorting to hacks like grayscale. No more half-measures - just hardcore focus.

- Results, Not Measurement: Instead of giving you a pretty chart of the time you've wasted, Cobweb actually keeps you off your phone.

WHO IT'S FOR:

- Students: Slacking ends now, genius. Cobweb is the app that slaps procrastination in the face. Dominate the books like a boss.

- Professionals: Get sh*t done like a pro. Cobweb whips your workday into shape with no distractions and no BS. Just real-deal focus sessions.

- Parents: Put the phone down and be the parent your little monsters need. Cobweb helps you focus on what matters most: raising an awesome family.

- Partners: Don't let your phone steal the spark. Cobweb keeps you attention where it belongs - on your partner, not on IG.

## Cobweb Reviews in United States

### ***** "Wow!"
Just fantastic! I got so much done. The times that I walked over to my phone, I immediately remembered that I had made a pact with Cobweb. I stopped in my tracks, pivoted and went right back to work. I’ll be using this app daily!
-- Ozgirl64, 2025-04-02

### ***** "Do it!"
Easy to use and works really well to keep me off my phone. Of course, the $$ aspect of it is really motivating. My mind feels calmer and clearer after even just 30 minutes of not picking up the dang phone. I’m going to start increasing the time now, baby steps!
-- svtlfk, 2025-03-15

### ***** "Great tool for productivity"
Been using cobweb for a month so far and it’s really improved my productivity. If I know I have a task that needs my full attention, I’ll start a session and I no longer need to worry about distractions. The $ component definitely works to keep me accountable!
-- martisb., 2024-11-01

### *---- "Privacy, we’re 👌with your absurd Data Mining🤮"
Have seldom read a privacy practice so filled with such words as We May, We Might, We Do data mine ALL your data and sell it off to the highest bidder (though probably also goes to the lowest) 🙈 There is literally no reason your app needs to have access to several of the permissions you ask for! Why do track aspects of a personal profile that have zero relevance to your app?

Contact Info??
Identifiers??
-- Hej Hiii, 2024-10-30

### ***** "Try this!"
This app is extremely effective at reducing phone use. I love the fact that you can set how much time you want to stay off the device, as well as set the amount of money that you wish to invest. It’s the only thing that has worked for me. The interface is intuitive and it’s actually fun to use.
-- et20539, 2024-10-18

### ***** "Simple and effective"
Took me a while to get over the mental hump but since I did I’ve been really impressed. I’m much more focused on work. Very clever mind trick!
-- harmless_worm, 2024-08-03

### ***** "Excellent"
Easy to use and does what it promises. Short of getting rid of your smartphone completely, this is your best strategy to leave it truly alone for a while.
-- Deaconlenny, 2024-06-25

### ***** "Once you build the habit, there’s no going back"
Works super well. Really like the simplicity of use.

It took me a while to get used to starting a session when I want to read or do some work, but now it’s almost automatic because I like seeing how many hours I can rack up. Plus I think you can set reminders although I don’t always stick to them…

Please add a sharing feature so I can challenge friends to do a session with me in person.
