Never had a problem. I asked my prosthetic guy to unlock everything all the options that he could for me, cycling, sitting, wheelchair, stairs, etc. I can set the resistance and turn in and off the functions if and when I want. So Otto Bock refused to repair my prior leg (which I get — it’s old) but things aren’t exactly looking great for the latest models in terms of support. This app just opens and immediately starts screaming error. No updates for a full year?
