## Cocolife Reviews in Philippines

### *---- "Useless app"
We can’t even us the search bar. In order for us to search accredited hospitals we still need to turn pages like a kid. Parang gawa lang ng student itong app na to.
-- Ichiroku23, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Frustrating"
I can’t even add my service address, and now that’s the reason i can’t register my account, y’all need to fix this as soon as possible.
-- EthnOstn, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Poor UI and Worst UX"
The upload file feature is just a capture-photo function. No file/image upload so the user needs to retake photos of Doctor’s request, other docs, repeatedly.

All fields are required even those without * indicator.

Lastly, they want you to specify all procedures by inputting them manually in one liner text field. So if you have 8 procedures, put them all or they’ll disapprove the LOA request.

Just worst app.

### **--- "Needs improvement"
Needs a lot of improvement. Healthcare card users have more than one dependents and yoi can only register one here. Plus, e-loa is not working for the dependents
-- Slac0309, 2024-09-22

### *---- "NOT WORKING!!"
both sms and email otp is not working, even if how many times you try to resend an otp. zzzz
-- changeurprogrammer, 2024-09-12

### *---- "Cant sign up"
Cant sign up always routed to main page

### ****- "Able to get LOA in minutes"
Called Cocolife phone number to request for an LOA and they say it would be faster going through the app and the agent assisted me on how to sign up and what numbers to omit in my ID and account numbers (apparently you should be removing certain zeros) in order for sign up. Requested my LOA through the app. Had to call them back though to say I've requested as I was worrying if I'd get the LOA in time for my scheduled lab test. The agent placed me on hold and confirms she has processed it. I refreshed the app while on the same call, and in it is my LOA already! Very cool, no need going through my company's HR to request LOA for tests (like what I was previously doing which took DAYS. Plural). Also this app is very helpful for members who has no physical card delivered by their companies yet! And no need to bring the actual physical card in appointments too! I can just show my card in the and and my experience so far, clinics have never declined it

### *---- "WORST!!!"
Lack of information!!!!
-- MAD FERSON, 2024-05-03

### *---- "Policy holder"
The zip code cant be clicked which stops you to register
