How much does Coconote cost?
Coconote has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is £104.99.
I had the same issue as someone else, money for a year taken without being told, I raised a dispute with Apple and was denied , I always check my subscriptions to make sure I’ve not signed up to things & nothing was in my apple subscriptions, I have been refused by Apple for a refund and can’t afford food for my children. I have disputed this again and I have offered to pay one month but I would like the rest refunded, the app is no use to me whatsoever and can only think I have to go through my bank to try and get this refunded. One very sad person.
Brilliant app
Saved me so much time and really intuitive with it’s subheadings
App is the best note taker I have found
I was worried maybe everything wouldn’t be captured, but it is and the notes that are produced are concise, make for great summaries and revising.
I love the quizzes, especially that you can print them out.
The videos have some room for improvement as they seem to talk about what the summary is about rather than doing the summary. However I can live with that as the app for the reason I purchased it - taking concise notes is fab.
Amazing!
Game changer for a meeting fidget like me.
Poor
Used the all for 15 minutes max, before deciding the app was not for me. had no warning of a £199.99 charge for a family account. Have tried contacting with no response. Disputed charges with Apple with no response now having to go through my bank.
confused
the ai video describes what it’s going to explain “ later in the video” but then the video ends as soon as it’s done listing
Review
Excellent app
Excellent
Very impressed with this tool. AI very clever and certainly helps keep notes in order.
Timesaver
What a great app, saving so much time
Great for business meetings
Updated 4-Nov 24. I've now been using it for more than 4 months. Used in conjunction with ChatGPT when necessary, Coconote is a godsend transcription app and more. Audits, meetings, management reviews, customer interviews, even creating shopping lists. It has been a game changer for my business.
Previous review (Jun-24). £99 GBP for one year's account, and it's wasted on students. I've started to use this for those long drawn out Teams meetings where no one knows what we discussed or what was agreed. Conversations with others where you want to keep a record of what was discussed but don't want to write copious notes, and even better, undertaking audits where the auditee waffles and you need to make sense of what they said after 10 minutes of droning on.
OK this app isn't quite perfect for this application, but there's a massive market here guys. In that case there needs to be security protection against recordings being hacked by business competitors or confidential material being accessed/leaked. However this could be a game changer. I'd also like to have the ability to have an option where the notes can be organised as minutes, ie they are listed in sequence.
