Never buy it. -- ninteamnede pooru, 2024-09-07 ### *---- "Poor instructions" Cannot physically speak to a human when you have a problem. I accidentally deleted/removed the camera as I was trying to reset it, I paid the Cloud subscription yet they cannot re-connect the Cloud to see the continual movement. I cannot even delete the camera again to re-boot. At least I have a camera on but it is not ideal. Following the instructions is not clear. -- Magga Gee, 2024-05-22 ### ****- "Notification alerts" Just a little improvement that I would like to see would be the ability to change the notification sound within the app so that my wife, who is partially deaf, would be able to hear it when the alert is triggered. -- Puzzlebox, 2023-09-19 ### *---- "Camera offline" Goes offline often too often ! -- Adelnaderelkadi, 2023-07-23 ### *---- "Application depreciation." Device has issue with response sign. -- Milenapetrofig, 2023-06-18 ### *---- "Where is the customer service?" Tried to unconnect cameras to be used by another person. Cannot do this. After 2 emails to customer service I have had silence in return. Very unprofessional. -- Jeffgwapo, 2023-04-20 ### *---- "Amateur app security risk behaves like spyware" Very poor app. Sometimes Cameras turn on by themselves when you turn them off. If you install an SD card and if WiFI not available , camera will record but WILL NOT allow you to see the recordings, however, when internet comes back on all offline content is uploaded to the Chinese servers. Terms of use state that data collected by camera is governed by the laws of PRC. READ THE FINE PRUNT Never use Cocoon cameras in sensitive locations. -- Never Fastweb, 2023-02-24 ### **--- "Camera" The camera keeps going offline after 3 days I have to switch the camera off then back on again to re connect to network. This always happens when I need to check the area. If it could be reset online rather than physicaly doing it would be better. Also only picks up images at about 3 metres. So only good for the doorway not a yard camera. -- Landy1369, 2023-02-12 ### *---- "Awful" At least 9 times out of 10 the app doesn’t connect to the doorbell. Each time it either says “wake up device” or “failed to establish encrypted channel”. I am so over this app and door bell. Useless. -- Jimi2Shoes_83, 2022-10-26 [View all Cocoon Connect reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Cocoon Connect - [Uniden Solo](https://apptail.io/app/uniden-solo-cZm/australia) - [My TPG](https://apptail.io/app/my-tpg-BUu/australia) - [EKO Home](https://apptail.io/app/eko-home-IdN/australia) - [Stirling](https://apptail.io/app/stirling-WtFb/australia) - [Brilliant Smart](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-YSlc/australia) - [Concord Security](https://apptail.io/app/concord-security-XYqe/australia) - [Manicare](https://apptail.io/app/manicare-tdmi/australia) - [Hazards Near Me NSW](https://apptail.io/app/hazards-near-me-nsw-SbHj/australia) - [Fires Near Me Australia](https://apptail.io/app/fires-near-me-australia-SHRj/australia) - [CDS Vic West](https://apptail.io/app/cds-vic-west-qbWn/australia) ## Cocoon Connect Available In - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/australia) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/belgium) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/luxembourg) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/united-kingdom) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/united-states) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/netherlands) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/philippines) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/france) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/india) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/china) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/germany) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/new-zealand) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/united-arab-emirates) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/portugal) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/indonesia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/canada) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/spain) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/japan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/lebanon) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/malaysia) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/romania) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/thailand) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/taiwan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/vietnam) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/south-africa) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/czechia) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/russia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/sweden) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/kazakhstan) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/argentina) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/chile) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/mexico) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/ukraine) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/nigeria) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/switzerland) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/norway) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/belarus) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/peru) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/azerbaijan) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/poland) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/austria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/egypt) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/turkey) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/finland) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/ecuador) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/algeria) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/hungary) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/denmark) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/cocoon-connect-PHsd/israel) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
