## Cocoon HD Reviews in Australia

### ****- "Not the best not the worst"
It’s a good app once you get used to using it. Definitely not a clean up but gets the job done.
-- TheWAGuy, 2026-01-13

### *---- "Dreadful to use now"
Video playback no longer works. It was always clunky but now it’s useless
-- Triford123, 2025-10-26

### ****- "Best quality for the price (stop being mean)"
This app this the best despite what the reviews say I’m not a clueless person this is my trade I do this every day they were the problem or they fixed it but if it drops out Chechnya erhernet plug faulty cable cable voltage what’s and app to triple check video lines and had ect don’t blame a app thank you. Listen I am in this field stop being mean even I got offended reading some of these but please fi
C the issue with the time on the playback ☺️
-- Aocool offical, 2025-07-16

### *---- "Terrible app"
Awful non functioning app
-- Lukehampson, 2025-01-10

### **--- "App keeps dropping out"
The Cocoon app keeps dropping out and says it is off line. The app does not make it easy to troubleshoot and get it back online. This means that when I am away I can’t check on my cameras on the iPhone or iPad. Do better Cocoon.
-- Mwizz59, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Update app"
Cameras are garbage app is never updated you can never connect phone to cameras do not waste your money
-- morticia72, 2024-08-30

### ****- "Works for me"
iPhone SE ios17.5. Not bad. Push it too much and it can freeze or say lost. Would be nice to be able to control playback speed and see 2 camera playback simultaneously
-- User 4 million, 2024-08-09

### **--- "Not happy"
Same Good cams crappy apps
-- PKwoodbine, 2023-01-25

### **--- "App update"
Since the latest update the app cannot connect to the dvr. Cannot reset either
-- 210tim368, 2023-01-12

### **--- "New update is broken"
I have 6 cameras and the new update for the app on iPhone is now only showing 1 camera very frustrating considering I need to watch my buisness !
