We’ve teamed up with our partners, Healthera, to improve the convenience of the medicine ordering journey. Simply install the app on your phone and follow the simple set up steps. Our Coda Pharmacy app links with our pharmacy and your NHS GP surgery. This app enables a variety of functions with your pharmacy, including: Adding your medication Ordering your prescription Receiving reminders for when to take and reorder your medicine FAQ Q: Prescription refills - can I order prescriptions on behalf of my children or elderly parents? A: Yes, this feature is now available! Go to the Profile tab and it should be self-explanatory to add a dependent. Q: Will you work with my GP? A: Yes. The Coda Pharmacy app works with the majority of NHS GPs. All of your prescription requests will be sent for approval to your own GP. (This doesn't guarantee your GP will issue a prescription.) Q: If I already order my prescriptions directly with my GP, do I still need your app? A: You can still order from your GP; the difference is now that your pharmacy, via our app, will tell you when your medication is ready to collect or be delivered, and resolve any issues on your behalf with your GP. You can also get medication advice from your Coda pharmacy with in-app messaging. Q: Is my personal information safe? A: Yes. Showed as fulfilled so I cannot re-order until they are due again. Obviously important I get this medication . Called and was told on two different days that it had just come in even though the app showed the 3rd as the day of dispense. All I received was a link to download their new app now there is no history of anything I have ordered.
