## Code Scan Description
The Code Scan app reads just about every 1D and 2D barcode there is:
• MicroQR Codes
• VDS (Visible Digital Seals)
• VDS-NC (Visible Digital Seals for Non-Constrained Environments)
• IDB (ICAO Datastructure for Barcode)
• ICVC
• QR-Code
• EAN Codes
• ITF Codes
• DataMatrix (incl. DMRE)
• rMQR (rectangular microQR codes)
• etc

To scan very small codes the camera zoom can be adjusted and even in dark environments codes can be easily scanned with the help of the camera light.

The read codes are stored in a history so that no more scanned links or information are lost.
And with the "Share" function, the read information can be easily shared.

In addition, the CodeScan app can also generate barcodes in many formats (such as QR codes, DataMatrix, PDF417, etc.) and save or send them as an image.

Of course, the app also supports the dark mode and also a dark AppIcon can be set in the settings.

This app supports reading and verification of (among others) VDS Profiles:
- Social Insurance Card
- Residence Permit Document
- ICAO Visa Document
- ICAO Emergency Travel Document
- German Arrival Attestation Document
- Address Sticker for German Identity Card
- Place of Residence Sticker for German Passports

VDS-NC Profiles:
- ICAO PoT and PoV (ISO/IEC JTC1 SC17 WG3/TF5)

This does not load the sites that it allegedly goes to!!! all I get are the iPhone open up to send an email, or send a message. Or print that is completely absolutely totally useless if you were attempting to use it as I am right now to register a 12 V acid battery for a UPS.

 Had a contract specd with ecc200 barcode requirements.

 I had used another app an it had embedded their website info within the barcode, this app does not do any of the sort an it was actually how I even fount out the other app was a sham.   

Not only did it let me create the ecc200 barcode as I said it also lets you scan it an fact check the barcode too, any capable hand scanner for ecc200 is rather pricy so this free working option was nice.

I needed a data matrix barcode scanner that allows me to copy the code quickly for pasting elsewhere. This app does it simply and with no pop ups or tricks to get you to agree to a subscription.

I would have happily paid $5 for this one.

Kind of annoyed that I had to go out of my way to figure out what a data matrix QR code was and sort through so much adware to get an app that actually scans the smaller types of QR code on electronics and stuff. Works though thanks for keeping it free
