Good companion app
I like that this is a complement to the web app for practice and reinforcement, rather than just the web app in a worse format. I don’t like the tracking (privacy). I wish right and wrong answers were more thoroughly explained. I would prefer the flash cards were in a question/answer format, rather than just a review of concepts, as it would be easier to judge my own handle on the information.
Can’t Log In using GitHub
I have my CodeAcademy paid account linked to my GitHub, so that’s what I use to login when using the browser version; however, that’s not an option on the mobile app…making the app useless for me.
App is trash kind of ironic.
App is completely unusable instilling a load of confidence in your content.
Bad app
If you are trying to teach me how to code maybe have a usable app. Very confusing trying to learn. You hit learn and it takes you to a quiz that you have zero answers for. There is no navigation tool or explanation when you download telling you how to navigate. If you are going to teach someone how to code maybe figure it yourself first.
CSS
The app is amazing! Boost my confidence in programming but it didn’t teach me how to animate using css. Codecademy is my main app for learning how to code , I love their teaching process so i was depending and hoping they were gonna teach animation. But to greatest disappointment they didn’t. I would have to learn it some other place. I’ve gotten both certificates in html and css. I’m off to learn JavaScript as a pro subscriber.
New Adventure
I’ve been looking for ways to expand my career that was convenient, affordable and that presented the material in a way that I could absorb. Codecademy is the way to go.
Great for Practice
Love this app. Great for quick practice and skills for beginners.
App is terrible
I loooove codeacademy but the app is a NIGHTMARE
Code Academy
You shouldn’t have let me join the app if y’all were not going to let me learn like everybody else. Making it were I could only access bits and pieces here and there, and who ever the developer is, keeps throwing out hidden innuendos in all my apps, disrespectful really. And like I said if ya’ll thought I was some kind of displinary problem(repo). Then your app shouldn’t have led me in the wrong direction
No GitHub login option
I registered using GitHub, but the app lacks that option. Simply, it won’t work for me. 😔
