The game you can make is way too limited and boring even for little kids.

Too good to play for a little ones

Paid $99 and can’t access subscription - customer service a joke

ddobro2 on

I bought a lifetime plan from them on June 8, got an email from them that day with instructions to activate, followed them to a tee, and it did not work. I emailed customer service that day to explain, along with print screens, that after clicking the “validate code” button at the bottom, it changes to a “redeem offer” button and nothing happens when you keep clicking. I got an email back saying I needed to download the app and register first (I was already registered). I emailed back to say so. There is no way to put in the code in the app - the link is on the web. They told me that I then had to start the free trial and try to put the code again after it was finished. Fine - I signed up the trial, my kid used it for a week and I canceled it. Again, I follow the email instructions and it does not work. I email them that my trial is over and please help me use my subscription I already bought. The ridiculous response back was that I should have gotten an email explaining how to activate the code! I replied repeating, in detail, what I did and what the outcome is and asking them to send me concrete steps of what I need to do to access my subscription. The last time I heard from them was a week ago when they replied they would escalate my issue to the tech team! A normal company would have had this fixed within a day or two. They just don’t care about their customers and I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge if I am not able to connect within another week.

My kids love this game because I have four kids, and they really love to do this game
