## Codex Description
Codex is an audiobook player that looks different, feels different, and works different. Not a generic app — a device.

Inspired by the design philosophy of Dieter Rams, Codex combines precise haptics with minimalist aesthetics. Every element has a function. No element is decoration.

YOUR PLAYER, YOUR DESIGN
The centerpiece of Codex is the Jog Wheel — rotate it to scrub, tap to navigate. Add physical toggle switches, faders, and an interface that feels like a real device.

YOUR LIBRARY, YOUR SOURCES
- Import audiobooks directly from iPhone, iCloud Drive, or Synology Drive
- Connect your Jellyfin or Audiobookshelf server
- All sources unified in one library

FEATURES
- Supports M4B, MP3, MP3 folders, and other audio formats
- Automatic chapter detection
- Sleep timer with smooth fader control
- Bookmarks with optional notes
- 5 speed presets (0.75x to 2.0x)
- Listening stats: total time, streak, completed books
- Offline playback for downloaded books
- VoiceOver accessible

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
"Less, but better." — Dieter Rams

Codex is a product of Huthfabrik.
