Been trying to create an account after recently being diagnosed. But it says an error has occurred when I reach the final stage

Says it’s free then asks for £14.99. I couldn’t get past this. I don’t want premium. My daughter was diagnosed yesterday and I wanted advice. To add- I have had a generic response to say how may products you have access to. For every 10 we check, we are lucky if 2 or 3 get a response. It’s rubbish. We are really disappointed.

App keeps logging me out and then saying it doesn’t recognise my email or password,I’ve tried to delete and re download and then it says my password is incorrect. I’ve tried to click on “forget password” but I’m not getting the email to allow me to access a new one.

Impossible to signup using iPhone 13 due to bad design. Very frustrating

The app it notoriously wrong. Says some things are safe when they are not, and says some things are not safe when they are- like cheese, and frozen peas. Causes co fusion, particularly for new coeliacs. Should be banned in my opinion.

I think the idea of what the app is supposed to do is great, but paying for the subscription is pointless. A lot of the barcodes don’t scan when you try and scan them through which is not helpful. Also, most of the information on the app, you can also get through Google and other social media platforms that are free. It takes more time, but it cost a lot less to do your own research and ask around other people with coeliac.

I hesitated to purchase this due to the mixed reviews. Having used this for a few months now, it has been a great investment and made my life significantly easier. This is so much better than the free alternative which is available on the App Store.

Would love to sign up but when you scroll down to tap the ‘continue’ button on the first page of the process, it just rolls back down so you can’t actually press that button. Seriously, what’s with that?

Wish I could give zero star. Downloaded it for the product checker but it only seems to show products if they’re gf. So if it’s not shown you don’t know if this is because it’s not gf or just not one of the products on the app 🤷🏻‍♀️

The app is out of date, clunky and pretty much useless and costs you £14.99 a year. Don't waste your money on this app they are definitely not providing a useful service or value for money.
