للاسف سياسة سيئة جداً بعد ما تتعود على كافي معين يرفعون عليك احجام الكفي الين يخلونه اكبر حجم وبعدها انت مكمل يعطونك خصومات الين توصل لشي معين وبعدها يحذفون من عندك القروع القريبة منك ويحطون افرع ماعليها طلب كثير ويمشورونك على الفاضي من اسواء التطبيقات الي تعاملت معها

انتبهوا من التطبيق امس طلبت عدت مرات لكن لم يتم قبول يعطيني خطا في الدفع وتفاجى ان مبالغ سحبت مني عدت مرات ولا يوجد طلبات في قائمة الطلبات وعند طلب مساعدة الدعم لاتظهر لي يعني انتبهوا لايسرقون فلوسكم نصحيه
كان ممتاز
كان يعمل بشكل جميل سابقاً الآن تحديثات كثيرة ومشاكل واخطاء بالاشتراكات وعدم القدرة على اتمام الطلب كما في السابق
Poor customer service
I ordered v60 coffee kit and they mentioned in the product’s description that the grinder has steel blades and I received a grinder with plastic blades. Many emails were sent with no action from thier side.
