Free version seems unworkable
Not sure how this is supposed to work on the free version. I can see 3 people liked me, but can’t see their profiles/chat to them unless I pay the subscription. They’re not being suggested in either my “suggested for you” or “discover” section so I can’t match them or even check out their profiles without paying, and, per the whole point of the app, I don’t have the option to go generally looking through a wider database for them. If this happens to me when I like other people, with my profile essentially being behind a paywall, how is anyone supposed to make a match on this app without paying the subscription? Despite the limited options, I like the vibe and ethos of the app but if it doesn’t work without paying for it be up front about it.
Kinda useless
I only received two suggested matches in my sought after age group in the first three days and two 20 somethings who had liked me in Discovery, where they send you random profiles that don’t need your criteria. I made it clear I didn’t want my profile shown to younger men in this age group but the response was unsatisfactory. Writing this review after a week and a half of membership. It’s disappointing because it looked promising which is the only reason why I gave it two stars.
