Coffee Notes is the espresso journal for home baristas who want to dial in faster, track what works, and stop losing the perfect recipe when a new bag arrives. Whether you’re pulling doubles on a prosumer machine or perfecting pour-overs, Coffee Notes helps you log, learn, and improve — one shot at a time. Meet Beano, your espresso coach Beano reacts to your daily caffeine — sleepy, thriving, buzzed, or jittery — so you can see at a glance whether you’re in the sweet spot. Log a shot and watch him come alive. It’s a fun, visual way to stay mindful of your intake without feeling like a spreadsheet. Log every shot in seconds Track dose, yield, time, grind setting, taste, and notes for espresso and pour-over. Compare shots side by side, spot patterns, and know what to change next — grind finer, pull longer, adjust dose — based on how your coffee actually tasted. Your coffee shelf Keep every bag organized with roaster, origin, roast level, and flavor notes. Scan bag labels with your camera to fill in details automatically. Each bag remembers its own dial-in, so switching beans doesn’t mean starting from scratch. Never lose the perfect recipe Save grinder settings, dose, yield, and shot time per bag. Coffee Notes surfaces your featured bag on the home screen with today’s plan — ready to brew before you forget last week’s winning grind. Community dial-in settings Start from real recipes shared by people using your grinder, machine, and coffee. Browse community settings, apply them to your dial-in, and iterate from there instead of guessing on shot one. Smart brew reminders Set a daily brew time and get a notification with your dial-in settings — grind, dose, yield, and time — so you can pull a great shot without even opening the app. Track caffeine with Apple Health Sync logged shots to Apple Health as dietary caffeine. Optionally connect sleep and activity data to see how your coffee habits relate to how you feel day to day. Siri & Shortcuts Log a shot, check today’s caffeine, open a bag, or ask about your favorite coffee — hands-free with Siri. Stats that help you improve Weekly caffeine charts, pacing insights, shot history, taste breakdowns, and brew streaks unlock as you log. See your habits clearly and pull with more confidence. Coffee Notes Plus Upgrade to Plus to save notes for every shot, store grinder settings, access community dial-ins and the espresso recipes library, and track multiple bags on your shelf. Free users can track daily coffee intake and get started with one bag. Whether you’re new to espresso or already chasing the perfect 1:2 ratio, Coffee Notes is the companion that helps you dial in, remember, and enjoy every cup. Download Coffee Notes and pull your next great shot. Every male avatar has a beard and is either Latin or Middle Eastern which is great for them but why no avatar without a beard or just white young man? Truly baffling -- DUDE what about my PRIVACY, 2024-10-30 ### *---- "No free lifetime version advertised through AppAdvice" The free lifetime subscription was not offered as advertised via AppAdvice. Yes, it could have been a user issue, but instead of helping me with the app, he / she sent me this response: "6000 users managed to find it, and you didn’t. I wonder if it’s a user issue rather than a problem. As usual thanks for providing negative feedback to developers that put their app out on discount." 1 star not changed. -- CatKeik, 2024-10-18 ### ****- "Test Drive" I just downloaded the app. I’m gonna take it for a test drive. It looks like it can help me in a lot of areas of my life. Thanks again. -- Bspot64, 2024-10-15 ### ***-- "Needs more diversity of avatars" Should have an option to choose own avatar from your own pics or be more diverse Truly a very imaginative app and very hands on developer so am sure it will be addressed and maybe is already possible to do this but playing with app for a bit couldn’t find a way to use my own avatar. Might be so as not wanting to seek multiple permissions and be a privacy issue which I applaud. -- Hej Hiii, 2024-10-15 ### ****- "Feedback for the Feedback App" This app is great for giving feedback to others, but I’ve also been using it to decode my managers’ overly critical, cryptic messages. Instead of getting frustrated, I use it to extract the useful bits so I can actually improve. It’s cool that you can use it with friends and family, too. Feedback isn’t just for work, after all. A couple of tweaks would make it even better: let us customize avatars (or let us add profile pictures) and add more flexible follow-up options—I don’t always want to wait two weeks to check in. Also, how about letting us add ourselves? I’d love to track my own progress and give myself a nudge when needed. All in all, a solid app that’s saving me a lot of headache! -- isaquec, 2024-10-15 ### ****- "A bit confusing" Hi. I’m confident that this is a good app, but the explanation on its usage needs improvement. I’m not sure how best to use it. -- torrance buyer, 2024-10-14 ### ***** "One of the best use cases for AI" I love the customization this app provides based on the specific feedback you need to give! It’s one thing to give someone instructions on how to best deliver a piece of feedback depending on someone’s personality, and Feedback AI takes it to the next level. You can give it a simple message like “you take breaks that are too long” and Feedback AI gives you options to choose longer or shorter, concise or detailed, straight-to-the-point or more sensitive. As someone who may be interested in a management position in my career, but also as someone with varying kinds of relationships in my personal life, this will definitely become a crucial tool for me! -- ianbogue, 2024-10-09 ### ***** "Cool" Awesome! I like how this app is different than others in that it is tailored to the recipient; by incorporating custom personality characteristics and relevant communication styles into the request, the feedbacks given is more thoughtful and therefore more useful. I like the why and rationale behind the answers as it makes it easier to be decisive when you’re indecisive about an action, situation, decision, etc. Also, customizing the feedback like this makes it easier to understand how the feedback or advice can affect you, as in help you, so it’s more motivating. Fun way to improve your own ideas! -- Fashionista Queen Yasss✌️, 2024-10-09 ### ***** "Nice!" Super easy to use and I avoid writing a ton of stuff for my perf review. -- jdluk87, 2024-09-26 ### ***** "Awesome app!" This app really makes giving feedback super easy and effective! The smart reminders are a great touch, and I love being able to track progress over time. It’s simple, flexible, and has definitely helped me improve communication with friends and coworkers. Highly recommend! -- Qualitynj, 2024-09-23 [View all Coffee Notes reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Coffee Notes In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Feedback Premium | $3.99 | ## Coffee Notes Discovered Keywords -
