## Coffee Pool Reviews in United States

### **--- "Fun game marred by IAP failure"
As a daily player of Coffee Golf, this was a fun addition to my small collection of daily games. It’s simple on the surface but has a nice variety of challenges.

I quickly purchased the IAP to remove ads when it became available, in large part because I want to support the developers, but also because I disliked the ads. Unfortunately, the ads are still happening.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, restarting my iPhone, and I’ve tapped the ‘Restore Purchases’ button dozens of times to no avail. I do have a receipt from Apple/App Store confirming the IAP and the option to purchase this IAP is gone from the app. But the ads are still happening.

I emailed Shallot support about this on August 24 and have yet to hear back as of September 2. I really want to support this developer, but it’s harder to do so when the purpose of the IAP isn’t fulfilled and their support email address, as found when tapping the App Support button/link on this App Store listing, isn’t leading to a response. I figured “Coffee Pool - Remove Ads issue” was a succinct but clear enough subject line. If I had known this would be such an issue, I probably would’ve just avoided the purchase altogether.

Super disappointed at the moment.

### ***** "Addicting"
Big fan of Coffee Golf and this hits all of the same notes. Onto league 46 now! Only suggestion would be to add a redo button as it may take me a bunch of attempts on a round.
-- Soviet Reunion, 2025-09-03

### ****- "Solid and fun game but could use some more features"
Everything in the game is very unique for a pool game and I’ve been enjoying it quite a lot. Only reason I’m giving it four stars is because there’s not a lot of different options in terms of abilities and purchasing them. So far the only way to buy the abilities is the starter pack which costs money. It would be great to be able to purchase the upgrades with coins. And also buy different abilities where maybe you can only choose three to bring in.

### *---- "OMG THE ADS NEED TO STOP"
Ads are SO bad, like every other game you get an ad. And $7.99 to pay for no ads are you serious?!
Deleting this app
-- Qwofneiqoro, 2025-08-31

### ****- "Nice game"
Please reduce no add purchase to $4.99 and I’ll buy it.
-- Mlisagor, 2025-08-29

### ***-- "Good but limited play"
I want to give this 5 stars, but I can’t as if you can get past a level, you basically can’t play for the rest of the day. The Golden Shot level always stops me and I usually reach it within 5 boards.
For people who pay the $8 for ad free, I wish the developers would add in a random mode that gives no rewards just so that paying customers can always play offline.
-- MrGoodbye, 2025-08-28

### *---- "Just here for ads"
I like the daily challenge, but it is impossible to play the league setting. There is no option to turn ads off. Once you get a game or two into the league, an ad pops up and never goes away. I’ve sat for two minutes waiting for an “X” to appear to close the window it never comes. A game takes 40 seconds and the ads are longer than 2 minutes with no way to purchase to turn them off. Terrible.
-- swylbilly, 2025-08-27

### **--- "Exceptional"
I believe that this game is actually pretty good, I do wish it could be played horizontally for instance on an iPad as well as vertically.
-- D3sn3s, 2025-08-25

### ***** "Very relaxing"
I love that this game is so relaxing and simple. It also is a beautiful game. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-- Ulysseha, 2025-08-25

### ****- "Promising!"
Great start! Much Like Coffee Golf, this game is easy to get into. But, there’s room for growth.

Obviously, a standalone freeplay mode with standard rules would be great.

Maybe some ambient music?

Also, this game is a good idea on the iPad, but I think it would work better suited in Landscape mode (Maybe it could work on the phone, too?)

Anyways, those are my initial thoughts. Love the game and look forward to updates! I'm sure cue customization is in the works!
