It glitched and I got stuck in gray space

I was playing and everything seemed fine. Then I left one of my shops and walked down the street to my previous shop, only to have the game glitch and I got stuck in gray space. I tried having my avatar walk around to see if I could get back to the shop but no luck. I tried offloading the app and redownloading it, but no luck. I can’t find a way to fix it. Beware of leaving your shop through the door customers come in through. :(

Great fun game, on store 3 but now there’s nothing left to unlock & the daily deals are saying to hire helpers & unlock tables and no option to do so

I like the game, the workers do their job and are fast on their feet . But the sound is the issue, you can’t hear anything . Please fix the job, or maybe it’s an issue with certain iPhones or something .

I don’t understand why i cant hire an order taker other than myself and m running hella stores

Was fun at first but…

Was super fun at first. Got too the 3rd level everything was going fine. Then the character went through the wrong door and fell into like a trap. Can’t see no more shops or coffee. Nothing but gray all around and it just lets me walk and do nothing else. Please fix bugs and crashes.
