Cannot link payment card, tells me it’s already linked! Can’t access support, hopeless!

Works brilliantly at my local store. I’m a total convert to click and collect. So so convenient and quick on my run into work. I am finding the app really easy to use and navigate too. Well done!

Can’t link the loyalty card to the Apple Wallet

The app is useless to me and is a total faff and fumble at the point of payment because you don’t put everything on the same page/format. For example if I get a free coffee for loyalty stamps on the app or a discount on food or a cake , each scan attempt has to be done separately at the till which causes a delay to customers waiting in the queue behind me. At Costa when I get a free drink or a discounted food offer I simply click to what I want to use at the till to use it at the till there and then, your app is useless in this aspect compared to your competition who are way ahead in a simple format that you have not thought of. To conclude and concur, put all the loyalty and discounts to one QR code.

Very good coffee shop with particularly nice staff in this branch, no matter what time in the morning or how busy they are.

Love coffee#1 and the app has been great with regular offers including some free drinks too! I would like some GF choices for cakes and food but it’s kind of a good thing so I can’t be tempted. The staff are always nice at my Taunton branch.

Excellent coffee, beautifully made smoothies and tasty toasties. Bridport Coffee #1 is a gem of a stop off on Bridport’s busy high street. The staff are friendly and calm, even when it is really busy, and Rianne’s smoothies are delicious.

Love the app and the fact you can use it as an award card as well as link a payment card at the same time. Coffee is great too.
