L’application ne fonctionne pas

L’application ne fonctionne simplement pas. Ça charge à l’infini et impossible de regarder les chaines. De plus, Noovo et RDS ne fonctionne tout simplement pas.

Terrible

Will never load any live programming. Is not able to cast to a TV. Absolutely horrible.

open the app and select a channel and watch it circle the drain forever. i used to be able to log out and log back in and it would work.. not anymore bunch of things i want to watch i can’t outside my home network which is detrimental to why i chose epico. the app is absolutely no good. been a subscriber for 25 yrs and so disappointed in their efforts to go streaming

Poor

App doesn’t work well, very slow and difficult to connect. Frustrating that channels don’t work at home. I switched from Fibe and regret it. The app is years behind Bell. I don’t recommend.

Terrible app

When ‘playable channels’ are only 1/8 of subscribed channels on your home service, because IP provider is different in away from home area (cogeco does not provide Internet service at my away from home area) whats the point of having a away from home service - especially when it’s hockey playoff time and TSN is not a playable channel and CBC isn’t broadcasting games Terrible app!

Excellent app, works flawlessly.

I can watch TV on my phone and IPad when I’m away from home!!

Amazing app!

This app is great and so easy to use. I’m able to watch when im working lol .. don’t tell my boss

loading....loading

Apps still loading and cannot watch playoffs on my phone. Impossible to cast or get the apps on TV due to impossible casting screen. Really need improve to reach Bell or Videotron apps. Just cross finger Bell or Videotron will be available soon in my town

App continually fails

Tried it when I’m not home and app says it can’t be used outside of your home. I try watching something and it does’t work in cellular or wifi. Called texhbteam which were very nice. Couldn’t help. Tried reinstalling the app. Moved to iPhone 15 and still not working. If their is a tech specialist at Cogeco would appreciate the help.

Frustrating

Not sure why I have to delete and reinstall the app every time i want to use it. Not very convenient. The other option is to record and watch but watching live is very difficult
