It’s fine. However after using the Fibe app for years, Epico feels out-of-date. -- dansteelehiphop, 2024-12-09 ### ***** "Excellent service" I had a over priced internet service third party with the highest package and I got referred to cogeco with a low price with the same package like half off it’s excellent great service highly recommended -- Simba969696, 2024-12-06 ### ***-- "Glitchy" Does not open correctly very slow , sometimes you need to close and reopen. -- 56buss, 2024-12-05 ### **--- "Glitch" Very glitchy when trying to download your channels -- Needupdated, 2024-11-27 ### ***-- "***ATTENTION STAFF AND DEVELOPERS***" Services are decent. I would give it 4 or even 5 stars, but I'm giving it 3 stars to bring this review to the attention of Cogeco staff and developers. There are two things I don't like about Cogeco itself and the app. Firstly, I think Cogeco can stand out from its competitors, bring in more satisfied customers and money as well as save time for the loyalty team and customers by discontinuing the 2-year discounted plan and replacing it with the same price and data indefinitely instead of the customer canceling the plan after 2 years and making up an excuse to reapply. Secondly, I think the app could be improved by fixing a bug that’s causing the "make a payment" button to not execute its function immediately when tapped without having to hold the button until it is executed, and then having the payment input appear. -- MoneyGiverZombie, 2024-11-03 ### **--- "Access" I use this app to monitor usage and billing and I have noticed that it will no longer allow me access. It would be loading for a long period of time but not finish. I have two other apps, one for the channels and one for my wifi and they are working fine. No one has been able to explain why this app is not loading up except for when I google my account and access that way. -- Mixylplx, 2024-11-03 ### ****- "C est facile" Simple comme bonjour acces a ma progamation facile a faire des changements -- Bear Jr, 2024-10-10 ### ***** "Cogeco is amazing!" This app is so easy to use. I forgot I had to pay my bill and once I got on it was so quick to pay it! The service has been great as well. -- Baby-vans, 2024-10-07 ### *---- "Bug constant" Depuis IOs 18 de Iphone il est devenu impossible d’y accéder -- EricRicky, 2024-10-02 [View all Cogeco My Account reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Cogeco My Account Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Canada | Utilities | #101 | ## Cogeco My Account Discovered Keywords - cogeco wifi - my cogeco - cogeco my account - cogeco app - cogeco wifi app - wifi cogeco - cogeco tivo ## Apps Similar to Cogeco My Account - [TELUS Drive+](https://apptail.io/app/telus-drive-OqT/canada) - [Cogeco Wi-Fi](https://apptail.io/app/cogeco-wi-fi-EIJb/canada) - [VMedia Phone](https://apptail.io/app/vmedia-phone-LXOd/canada) - [Biscotte KP](https://apptail.io/app/biscotte-kp-wPBe/canada) - [CAVAC](https://apptail.io/app/cavac-taOf/canada) - [BénéClic](https://apptail.io/app/beneclic-lzzj/canada) - [InfoProtector®](https://apptail.io/app/infoprotector-GLzj/canada) - [RSA Assist](https://apptail.io/app/rsa-assist-LPzj/canada) - [SmartTimer](https://apptail.io/app/smarttimer-umNj/canada) ## Cogeco My Account Available In - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/cogeco-my-account-RWXj/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/cogeco-my-account-RWXj/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
