## COHO Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "stay away from this app"
Terrible experience with this app. Cancelling a subscription is a nightmare—you can’t do it within the app, and the process is unclear. The customer support is unhelpful; even after I emailed them and they confirmed my subscription was cancelled, I was still charged again. Clearly, whoever replies to emails has no control over their system. Stay away from this app if you value your time and money.

### ***** "Landlord /agent 5 star recommended"
I absolutely love this app and the software has literally changed my business in the best way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-- Batersbird, 2024-10-23

### ***** "Great team forever developing new functionality"
This app has revolutionised the way I run my property business. The development team are constantly gathering user feedback and requirements and improving the software to meet landlord needs.
There is the odd bug, but they’ll soon be fixed if users provide constructive helpful feedback … i think users need to have a bit more patience, takes time and a LOT of incredible work to make such an intricate system work just right!
Super grateful. Thanks Coho team 🙏🏼❤️
-- Kizza685, 2024-06-29

### ***** "Brilliant app! Bad reviews are outdated"
The bad reviews are clearly old and don’t reflect all of the huge changes Coho has evolved into. I manage my own portfolio with ease using this app or the desktop version. It’s extremely intuitive, easy to use (I taught myself), it’s far superior to other property management systems and as I do the majority of my work on the go, the App is really impressive, especially when you consider the Arthur Online app has about 5% of the desktop functionality (essentially its view only). Well done Coho team!

### **--- "Impossible to update personal information"
Used to be good, now it just never loads
-- ajhdhdjkdkw, 2024-01-31

### ***** "Excellent"
I’ve been using coho for a few years and it’s great. The support is also faultless
-- MNM666, 2023-09-29

### *---- "Pathetical UX"
Absolutely useless, don’t have a button to compose messages. Can’t download files or see them if when they eventually open, there’s no return button to the Home Screen.
-- Thetuckshop, 2023-08-01

### **--- "mediocre (as a tenant)"
takes ages to load

‘download’ a document doesn’t show up in Files app 🤷‍♂️ which is a bit rubbish, can’t get any document out of the app

stinks of lock-in and/or rubbish lazy coding

may as well just use the website 🤷‍♂️
-- miker71, 2023-07-27

### ***-- "Photo bug needs fixing"
Every time I try to report a maintenance issue and add photo, when I click to take picture, the app shuts down. This needs fixing please as it’s very annoying. Thank you.
-- 4|_3x, 2022-11-06

### *---- "Won’t work"
Just a blank screen
-- Cekaj, 2022-04-22
