They hardly have any support for checking history of your transfers
Absolutely amazing
Excellent app, easy to use and great crypto
Waste of time
Spent days setting up an account, getting verified, waiting for funds to clear because first transaction. Then another 2 days to send a small test amount of $50 which then got declined due to “security reasons”. Don’t recommend.

After using this platform since 2020 I’m sad to say with the amount of hurdles required to move crypto between wallets is becoming completely unsustainable for my business to continue with Coinjar other wallet providers have 24 hour support with ability to have things sorted with your account within minutes not hours or in some previous cases days. Disappointing as the platform was faultless for so long. adiós 👋
Dreadful service
Trying to withdraw to a cold wallet for offline storage of my crypto, and the transaction is stuck in limbo being ‘reviewed’ … NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT!
Not enough networks supported
It’s hard to believe but they don’t support Tron(TRC20) network and you can’t deposit by this network.
