I’m not able to enter out decimal numbers, please fix it🥲🥲🥲

Падения, вылеты, нестабильная работа

Приложение вроде как может загрузить историю операций из банка за произвольный период, но когда пытаешься загрузить больше чем за 2 месяца приложение просто вылетает и ничего не загружает. А в поддержке написано «если загружаете за большой период, попробуйте использовать текущую дату» смешно. 2 разных уровня подписки это круто, вы предлагает купить Platinum Unlimited навсегда, а потом оказывается что он не все умеет, а чтобы все функции были доступны нужно заплатить еще в два раза больше. А зачем? Если другие трекеры умеют все то же самое за цену Platinum Unlimited. Не говоря уже про то что приложение в принципе нестабильно работает, иногда из банка загружаются дубли операций, иногда графики не обновляются после удаления этих дублей или других операций. Иногда приложение просто зависает и перестает работать. Ну и вишенка на торте это определение категорий, приложение не то что само не может определить категорию у операции, оно даже не может просто запомнить категорию указанную вручную и при следующей такой же операции ставит неправильную категорию. Деньги на ветер, zenMoney получше будет, и подешевле, учитывая вашу политику с 2 подписками

Подписку не видит

Здравствуйте! В начале месяца возобновила подписку, оплатила. Но приложение всё равно не видит мой тариф. Прошу посмотреть, в Подписках Apple ID есть

Списались деньги за подписку

1. Оплатила подписку и теперь не получается войти в аккаунт, выдает ошибку 2. Пыталась написать письмо в поддержку так же выдает ошибку 3. Перезагружала приложение, пробовала входить с разных устройств 4. Какой-то скам

Программа интересная на первый взгляд

Интересная программа, но я попробовал активировать ежемесячную подписку, деньги списали, а программа не активировалась. В тех поддержку написать невозможно, выдаёт ошибку

Приложение удобное! Но! Я оплатила годовую подписку, почему у меня не открывается доступ на все функции???

NEVER DOWNLOAD COINKEEPER

I bought an annual subscription when I first opened the application, the money was debited - the subscription did not appear, because the purchase takes place before registration. I am now writing to all their emails as best I can. Everything from support to subscriptions is terrible. I'm sure my money is gone. NEVER DOWNLOAD COINKEEPER. All this is marketing and pictures in reality - the site on TILDA does not work, the support department does not work, the subscription system is a scam for money. Купил годовую подписку при первом открытии приложения, деньги списались - подписка не появилась, потому что покупка идет перед регистрацией. Пишу сейчас на все их почты как могу. Ужасно все от поддержки до предоставление подписок. Уверен что мои деньги пропали. НИКОГДА НЕ КАЧАЙТЕ COINKEEPER. Все это маркетинг и картинки на самом деле так - сайт на TILDA и не работает, отдел поддержке не работает, система подписок обман на деньги.
