Premium subscription and no help desk

Hi I have recently subscribed for a premium subscription on 10 Feb 2023 for full year. Now the app tells me I don’t have the subscription Can you pls urgently check? I cant even send the message via your email service. Thanks

Can’t transfer between accounts

After every update app become for buggy and laggy. Transfers disappeared from main page, red text during expense creation, for what? Looks like you input with error. Scrolling of accounts during expense creation is laggy, stuck sometimes.

App kept crashing

Whenever i open the app to key in something, the application would crash and it has happen for days already

App Crashes when scrolling to view previous transactions

Giving 3 stars for now as app seems to crash recently, from late November 2021. Was working well previously

Overall good, however..

Have been using for years. Still stuck with it however server can be problematic sometimes. iCloud sync support would be a much better option in current context. Perhaps time to support iCloud sync instead of using own server to sync?

Widget is not working

The CoinKeeper widget is not working after I updated it

V2.1.13 is not fully compatible with iOS dark mode

A significant portion of the screens goes dark when the dark mode is turned on. So far have not noticed any functional issue other than the display one though.

Excellent budgeting app with beautiful UI. Extremely ez to use as well

Great customer service and support

I was unable to see transactions after sync and frequently hang. Although the process was tedious, the customer service provided the solution.
