Don’t be excited about the app, I downloaded and bought subscription after this they didn’t give me to login, my mistake I was thinking transaction didn’t go trough and bought it again and the same thing, it just pop up to subscribe again 30£ just went on air. Either apple support didn’t want to make refund for such a mistake.
I made a payment for an annual subscription, but unfortunately, my account has not been upgraded as expected. Despite the payment being successfully processed, the subscription activation did not occur. I immediately attempted to contact your technical support team to address this matter. However, I have been unable to submit a support request through the available channels.
Avoid avoid avoid! I used to use CoinKeeper years ago and it was amazing! So I thought I’d go back to it now that I have a need for a budgeting app. I still had this old app, purchased lifetime premium because I trusted it so much. The app never once told me this version is obsolete, it just started glitching. It of course let me pay for premium but then wouldn’t log me in or anything… Then I found the new version, which doesn’t sync with the old one properly. Plus now it’s saying I need to pay even more for a ‘platinum’ plan to be able to use features like multiple family members which was advertised as part of the premium plan I paid for. False advertisement at its best. Won’t ever use CoinKeeper again!
Purchased a premium account and it was not activated
Every time I open now coinkeeper it’s asking me WOULD YOU LIKE TO PAST FROM YOUR GOOGLE CALENDAR. Past what? And why it’s asking me every time I log in if I answered 20 times already NO DONT ALLOW!!!
I decided to buy an annual subscription but after purchasing it was not activated . I raised the ticket to the support through the form in the app but no one got back to me . Completely frustrated
Can't open the app after the latest update.
Better than all other Money Trackers. This one is not Money greedy like others
I paid for lifetime app and have requested 3 -4 times for monthly subscription to be cancelled and the monies reimbursed - every single request has been ignored. I don’t know how to escalate this - NOT HAPPY AT ALL
