Не получилось отправить сообщение в блоке помощь из приложения. Пишу сюда, надеюсь увидят. Текст сообщения: Здравствуйте уважаемая команда. Просьба - добавьте, пожалуйста, возможность выносить деньги из цели. Например сейчас у меня есть счет «банковский счет» и цель «долгий срок» и еще несколько. Мне понадобилось совершить операцию с «банковский счет» на определенную колонку расхода. На момент операции все деньги со счета «банковский счет» ( 100 единиц валюты ) лежали в разных колонках накопления. Т.е на счету «банковский счет» отображается 0 оранжевым и 100 единиц валюты серым. Я хотел вывести нужную сумму с колонки накопления, но я не нашел как это сделать. Соответственно я просто сделал операцию со счета «банковский счет» на нужную колонку расходов в размере 20 единиц валюты и теперь у меня под счетом «банковский счет» отображается оранжевым -20 единиц валюты и серым 100 единиц валюты. Как то не очень удобно, хотелось бы иметь возможность выводить с определенной колонки цель деньги, что бы отобразить с какой именно колонки я вывел деньги. Замечание: у меня iOS 17.5.1, при переходе в какую нибудь статью в блоке «помощь» в сайдбаре ( например статья про накоплени в подборке iOS ), прочитав статью я хотел выйти обратно, но нажав стрелочку назад - «<», меня перекинуло на главный интерфейс приложения ( со всеми счетами и расходами ) я снова перешел в блок «помощь», но у меня сразу открылась предыдущая статья ( накопления в подборке iOS ). В итоге что бы открыть блок помощь мне пришлось закрыть приложение и заново открыть и только после этого у меня получилось открыть блок помощь
Премиум оплачен, но функции не разблокированы.
Купил премиум на 1 месяц. Деньги списались, но приложение не разблокировало премиум функционал, зарегистрировать аккаунт не удается, письма в службу поддержки не отправляются.
