## COINS Mobile Tech Reviews in United States

### *---- "Frustrating"
Extremely buggy app with frequent updates that seem to always create more issues requiring more updates.
-- Pmech207, 2025-08-12

### *---- "New update broke app"
New update prevents techs from seeing any documents attached to work orders.
-- Technician9000, 2025-05-08

### *---- "HVACR Technician"
I have went through many Tradesmen Softwares and this is by far the most limited software. Please do not buy. It’s as if the software is from 2008.
-- DennisRRR, 2025-03-12

### ***** "Apollo facilities technician"
The company I work for switched to coins back in about 2017 possibly earlier & it is a wonderful technician tool. The Apollo Company dispatcher’s are very proficient in utilizing the many features that help streamline the call process. I particularly like the history feature because having background is important for both customers and technicians.
-- inlandac, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Trash"
Trash x2
-- Trash x2, 2022-09-20

### *---- "Hvac journeyman"
App is garbage. Locked me out after password change. People can not figure out how to reset. No link to forget password. Would not recommend.
