Didn’t get an easy collector penny
Found a collector penny with a a misprint- very rare. App says it was one in 1.4m and not worth anything. Turned out to be worth $2k. 1944 Wheat coin with misprint- don’t trust this app.

Tried many coins, misidentified all of them!
Got refunded
Edited: I got refunded. Careful about downloading from the apps. Apple seems to have an automatic click that can take your money without even knowing it, not even a button that says you’re paying this app for this. It happened to me even when I deleted the apps. Thank goodness they refunded me.

I’m not an adult, but this is pretty fun. You should try it out. .
Chinese coin
I snapped a picture of a Chinese coin from 1851… this app registered it from the early 1900’s, and from Switzerland. 🤷🏾♀️. It recognize all of the other coins that I scanned… but this 1 ONE coin that was the COMPLETE reason I downloaded the app , is thee only coin that it doesn’t recognize. 😒😪.

Only half the job
It’s amazing to be able to get a quick and easy assessment of the coins in one’s collection, but it would be helpful to link up with buyers/sellers based on what’s in the collection.
