I had crypto with this App but it got hacked in June 2024 (due to an internal staff error) and I lost it all. They have sent no updates and the email address they have set-up to “support” the 1590 users effected does not reply. Would definitely not recommend. They say they are working through a process to determine how to return the funds, but it’s pretty obvious it was a breech at their end and they need to reimburse the users. Totally disgusting.
I had a subscription to Coinstats but as I wasn’t really using the app I decided to cancel my subscription back in May. However ever since then they have been trying to take another Years payment a couple of times a week from my account even though I have cancelled. I have repeatedly asked them to stop but they keep trying. It’s just as well they are trying an expired card. But please coinstats stop I am getting sick ok the extra failed transactions coming through.
Thats a demo app , after 20k transactions they block the screen with begging money screen. You wont be able to unbound your profile. No wonder they were hacked
Overall this is a pretty good app. But seriously, whoever ruined the 24h, Weekly and monthly charts should hang there head in shame. The thing looks like a wet noodle. Or a drink worm. The chart actually curves back on itself sometimes! This is a serious app, make the chart serious and useful, not some pretty stylised wiggly line.
Such a great app. Accurate and consistent. This app has been my everyday go to crypto market check in. I don’t use every feature but it provides exactly the ones I need at the touch of a button. Worth every sat. Great job coinstats.
Been using this platform since day 1 and it never fails. It lets me track multiple portfolios and all for free. Such a great service that I’m now looking into the paid version.

I am using this coin-stats application from last few months, and now after the update I am not able to connect my any exchange with this app. I tried to create new API for Binance and when I tried buy new crypto and selling old one on high profit, it shows error. Ask for support a lot of times but they said we passed my request to tech team and I am not able to do anything from last 7 days. I wish I could share my chat history here so you all can alert with those scammers.
Been using constantly for months to keep track of my portfolio. When I had a pricing glitch for one coin, their in-app support had it sorted super quick. Highly recommend
