Wish you could type temp instead of slide but still great. -- Pretty Willie, 2026-06-22 ### ***** "Simple and easy!" Great design, I really like the watch app and you can use the app for free unlike some others I’ve tried -- ElDudarino2323, 2026-05-11 ### *---- "Signed up for the year…but" I like the basic functionality of tracking and saving my session. However I signed up for the yearly subscription. But I can’t see that it done anything to the app. It doesn’t seem to track streaks etc. not sure what I paid for ??? -- jasiminelady, 2026-02-04 ### ***** "🔥🧊💨" Excellent -- measly peasant, 2025-03-18 ### ***** "Cold plunge" It be a lot better if the temperature was to 0 degrees. I get in water that’s 10 degrees Fahrenheit and I can’t log it correctly -- J m miller 12345, 2024-12-14 ### ***** "Great design 🙌" Really enjoy how simple and straightforward the app is to use and how it syncs between phone and iPad. Would love some more in depth graphs about my data. -- Rxt17, 2024-05-11 ### ***** "Continual updates" The developer has been responsive to feedback and added additional functionality as suggested. -- Cold Time Boy, 2024-05-09 ### ***** "Efficient" I was very pleased at how simple everything worked. No ads or necessary subscriptions to use the app. Reminds me of earlier years when apps were made for the people and not to get their money. -- chiefglogangz, 2024-05-01 [View all Cold Plunge & Sauna reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Cold Plunge & Sauna In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Pro Annual | $0.99 | | Polar Log Pro | $0.99 | ## Apps Similar to Cold Plunge & Sauna -
