I have never had a positive experience when ordering using their app. It’s not user friendly and on top of it any “estimated time for delivery” they give you is always a hour or two off. I always just assume that I’m gonna get my ice cream in the next 24 hours cause it’s always a surprise. -- Z1a2c3h4a5, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "Useless" It doesn’t even let you log in so what’s the point -- SarahEliseWhite, 2024-11-17 ### *---- "Error when trying to put in card" Please fix it. I can’t enter my card. Keep getting “Type Error: Cannot read properly “token” of undefind” when trying to enter credit cards. Also, add Apple Pay option. -- bhos316, 2024-11-16 ### ***** "Exceptional ice cream and service" Fast and easy order and pick up. Always delicious treats with no wait ! Thanks Coldstone!! -- 🩶Nana, 2024-11-14 ### *---- "Can’t put in apartment" App will not let me put in an apartment number. I’d have to put it in the instruction which would probably be missed so not ordering -- Dooosy, 2024-11-11 ### *---- "Order processed incorrectly" I ordered 1-got to have it and 2-love it And all 3 were love it. -- Bearmf, 2024-11-03 ### *---- "Points don’t update" There’s some kind of glitch where the points don’t update when using the app -- Thedude87, 2024-11-02 ### *---- "Online order strawbaerry passion cake for anniversary" The cake was old and very dry. It was very disappointing. -- The icecreamlover, 2024-10-31 [View all Cold Stone reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Cold Stone Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Food Drink | #123 | ## Cold Stone Discovered Keywords - cold - سينابون - cinnabon rewards - auntie - baskin robbins - 31 flavors - orders management - ice cold - ice cream app - orders manager ## Apps Similar to Cold Stone - [Del Taco](https://apptail.io/app/del-taco-Jnj/united-states) - [Denny's](https://apptail.io/app/dennys-qxN/united-states) - [Red Robin Ordering](https://apptail.io/app/red-robin-ordering-TzN/united-states) - [Cinnabon](https://apptail.io/app/cinnabon-UzN/united-states) - [Baskin-Robbins](https://apptail.io/app/baskin-robbins-VzN/united-states) - [Insomnia Cookies](https://apptail.io/app/insomnia-cookies-VsO/united-states) - [Auntie Anne’s Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/auntie-annes-rewards-QRS/united-states) - [Krispy Kreme ®](https://apptail.io/app/krispy-kreme-PBU/united-states) - [Jamba](https://apptail.io/app/jamba-QBU/united-states) - [Yogurtland](https://apptail.io/app/yogurtland-Bazc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
