Delivery is good

I like how my ice cream is always packed in freezer bag with the freezer pack. But would be better if oos item is not reflected for order as my order is always delivered with afew items oos.

Useless

Suddenly the old app is replaced by a new one. No seamless transition. And the login credentials from their website do not work with the new app. Why on earth do I need to re-register? That’s how you loose customers! Super bad cex!

Terrible design

The new apps is a nightmare for me now ordering my weekly online Cold Storage groceries. It keeps on giving me Chinese message that I have to switch to another shop but does not offer me way to select my store. I only have CS recommend. I am no longer able to choose Cold Storage shop. I am so frustrated that I have stopped using the apps for my weekly shopping and switched to another platform. It is so silly to use cheaper software solutions without proper understanding of shoppers preferences and habits.

Why can’t I buy from Giant and Guardian with this app?

Unreliable

It says the app shifts to Cold Storage on 6 Oct but on 5 Oct morning all the items from Giant had already been removed, including those in my shopping basket.

Pros and Cons

Pros Consistently Fast delivery and has wide range of trusted groceries. Delivery Timing can be trusted. Have been using them regularly still despite some very clear cons. Cons They refuse to reply to my emails or feedback so far on their poor poor handling of frozen stuff. By the time my frozen meats arrived, it feels warm and soft (for frozen items) … pretty pathetic as compared to so many other online options who take such clear painful care of frozen/ cold foods. Perhaps they don’t give priority to this area. Even Amazon has far higher standards of cold food delivery. And their packaging is nice. However, I do appreciate their other non cold stuff delivered.

New management

The Cart app we used before seems to have changed to Cold Storage app that only delivers to certain exclusive areas. No longer useable for me.

Great grocery shopping app

I like the app, comparable to Fairprice one. Range of stuff is good, with same day delivery slots (that’s fantastic offering). What I would like is if Dairy Farm could merge all offerings from Giant and Cold Storage into 1, instead of telling shoppers that prices may vary (why do I need to care?) Also an iPad app would be nice. I like the menu to be displayed on a bigger screen and in landscape mode, thanks. All that space but black bars at the sides is a big sigh. U can do better than Fairprice, come on.

No show delivery

I ordered my items today morning around 10 plus and scheduled my order for 7pm-9pm tonight as i urgently need the item for tonight and that scheduled time is the only free time i have. At 7.10pm i checked my app and it shows Rejection reason: [Cannot reach customer]. I was at home since 5pm and not a single door bell heard or phone call received. I got my husband to call at around 8pm regarding this rejection matter and had to call twice because the first call was declined by the CS. During second call, was told by the CS staff that he will check with the delivery personnel and will contact us back. BUT NO RETURN CALLS AT ALL! It will not take so long for you to call your staff regarding this matter. Please have some urgency to your customer service line.
