Can’t select local cafe
App won’t show me or let me select my local cafe even though it is favorited. Entirely unusable and pointless. If they fix this its an easy 5 stars great app but its unusable as of now.

Our Story
Since 1993, we have been sourcing coffees from origin and roasting every batch by hand. By developing farmer and co-op partnerships, we can be involved in every step of creating a great coffee experience. We are proud to offer our Session Roasted™ coffees in addition to Letterbox Fine Tea, Colectivo Keg Company beers, and made-from-scratch food, Troubadour artisan bread, and baked goods.
Our name was inspired by the artful and funky buses used for public transportation across Latin America, “colectivos” (co-lec-TEE-vo), and the iconic part of everyday life they represent. We are independently owned and roast our award-winning coffees on a pair of vintage Probats in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood. Stop by our Humboldt Boulevard cafe, grab a seat at the bar, and watch our roasters at work!

Unusable for me
Will not let me select my local location even tho they offer pick up. This makes it completely unusable.
Can’t reload
Keeps saying invalid data provided. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling. The people in the stores are not helpful
Rewards and ease of use
The app makes it a breeze to order and pick up plus I get rewards. Best part is the food is also great.
Needs work
Downloaded the app 3 times, tried to sign up but never received confirming email after several attempts. Love your coffee but the app doesn’t seem up to snuff yet.
Can't even make an account
I'm trying to make an account, but every time it gets to the screen where you put in your email, the app completely freezes for me.
Nope
Back to buying SB at Costco. Won’t be talking friends into meeting at Colectivo instead of SB anymore. Expensive Colectivo does not appreciate loyal customers.
Can’t place orders
Of the 5 times I’ve tried to order through the app, only one of my orders didn’t have a bug that stopped it from being placed. The app rarely works
Missing store
The website says the store I’d like to use (Grafton) has mobile ordering but it doesn’t show up on the app.
Preload garbage
Like others say, having to preload a balance at all times is bad practice. Very anti consumer.
