Always “try again later”

Can’t change address. Says it’s already added, but it isn’t.

I would use this regularly for creating a shopping list. It was also handy when trying to find something specific in my usual store or a store I don’t frequent as the shave the aisle number. However they now require (not an option) you to sign in via your account. I don’t not need yet another app that I have to sign into but also having my email address.

Coles won’t fix it, so why should I bother trying to help them by pointing out the app’s flaws, faults, and inconsistencies.

App works fine. Only thing which should be available is live stock update similar to Woolworths app.

The app is pretty well laid out and quite helpful to work out a shop with a certain total for flybuys deals. The only thing that is a pain is when there is a special for like 3 for $7 or 2 for something. It doesn’t actually have that as the price for that amount of items. it will just have the full price for the amount of items. Example, the masterfoods recipe bases are 3 for $7 at the moment, but if you add it to cart (i do it for shopping in store) if i put three of them in the cart it would come up with the price of three full priced items instead of the special price. Very tricky to work out the total when there is a bunch of multiple item specials. Also for items that are priced per kilo, let people choose how much roughly they’d be buying so the total would be closer and more accurate to the final total they’d actually be paying.

I used it maybe once or twice - was okay, but I ended up ordering groceries from Coles via Uber Eats. Less choice and a bit harder to find things but quicker delivery wise. This app crashes every time I open it unfortunately, and it (and my phone) is up to date.

Will never use this app or shop online with Coles again. They keep taking the total cost of all groceries out of PayPal twice. Happened two times in a row. Tried customer support and emailing no help whatsoever. Simply told to give it a week until PayPal refunds one of the transactions. Rang bank got told it is an invoice processing issue with Coles.

Seems like our data stored in coles app has been leaked Because the day I download and used the app for online shopping click and collect, just once, is the day the hacking occurred, such as: - various nightly text messages from “coles” alerting me my coles points will expire and to click on the (dodgy) link/s - 2 days later, my bank account was hacked by someone in Tokyo - email and text messages received by spammers None of this occurred before online shopping with coles. Beware

What disappoints me is the fact that we still need to go to customer service due to problems with cards down your end. What should happen is exactly what woolworths does and allows. One account that is linked to the whole coles website.
