STILL Wishing for the long ago days when the Coles worked

It has totally lost its usability. Other reviewers also complaining but nothing has been done for months!  

Each update does NOTHING to speed the app up. Lags constantly and it is soooo annoying! I tried to delete and reinstall but nothing fixes it. 

Please, please, please get this resolved ASAP!

I have been updating this review for MONTHS, ACTUALLY  
YEARS! WHAT IS THE ISSUE? It’s not like Coles isn’t raking in the cash! Surely a bit extra can be spent to FIX THIS APP??!!

I agree with other users that this app used to be very good. I could add all my items to my shopping list and easily tick them off while I shopped in store, with aisle by aisle set out for me. Now, when I try to update quantities or tick the check box next to an item, the lag is so long, I could have shopped most of my list if I had it on old school paper by the time the app recognises what I’ve clicked. It’s been getting worse over the past two months. Please, Coles, fix this!

DEVELOPERS PLEASE HELP. I use a foreign sim with roaming enabled for years with no issues with the Coles app. With the latest update, to use the app, I have to use a VPN and connect to Australia, otherwise the app doesn’t work. To be clear, I am physically in Australia the whole time. The app doesn’t like my foreign sim. Using VPN slows everything down, and it’s annoying having to connect. Please can you fix this.

I have an iPhone 17 Pro running the latest iOS and my wife is on a 14 Pro, both of which experience constant lag when trying to scroll (or update quantities), to the point it induces rage. There’s no way an App should perform so poorly on a flagship phone! Please fix this and I’ll happily add a couple more stars to this review.

Deleted the app because I couldn’t log in. Emailed multiple times and they kept telling me to select “new code” and it would let me put in my email for a code. Never did, only ever said “code limit reached, wait and try again later”. Won’t be shopping at Coles anymore.
