Coles

My experience with the Coles App is very favourable. I have been getting home delivery for the past few years which has been wonderful. I mainly use the bought before section which allows me to select quickly and highlights those item which are on special. Delivery is always in the slot allocated and staff are friendly and helpful. I don’t know why other customers are unsatisfied, I never have an issue!!! I am entirely satisfied. Thanks

The developer. Coles Corp. Ltd. Has a great app called coles app. That was a great app he got things that mum & nanny needed. If I’ve got the woolies or aldi app.

This app is still not updated for iPhone 16 pro’s new display resolution. It’s been 14 weeks since the release of the new phones. It’s ridiculous! Please hurry up!!!!

The App requires an iOS of 16.1 But my phone is only 15.1 I can still order through Safari search of Coles.com. au

I didn’t want to give it any stars due to the fact that I haven’t been able to log into this app for over a year and half. Cannot get past the code that needs to verify my account which is sent to my mobile. I DON’T RECEIVE IT. Have rang up and queried this with no out come. This day and age it’s totally useless. This app is supposed to be for convenience , people on the go and quick and easy to use. But no I can’t even sign in. Since this has happened I use my WW App in which I’m thoroughly happy with. Disappointed frustrated annoyed and Unhappy

I used to like online shopping but now I can’t. I have an iPhone 7 and can’t download app. It says I need an iOS 16. What about people that can’t afford fancy phones, don’t have a car, can’t walk. Not good enough

Y’all need to look at the Woolworths app and learn the Coles apps is ridiculous. Me and now my friends and family now have been using the Woolies app instead of going to Coles just down the road a lot more convenient and with Woolies discounts on yearly delivery costs delivery is pretty much free for unlimited delivery! I MEAN 😳🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️the WHOLE Woolies delivery system and app is pretty much 100% PERFECT!! Apart from the prices of course I was only going to Coles now and then to get one or two items that Woolies don’t have but now they have it bye bye Coles forever lol

Horrible app! I have been stuck in a loop on trying to sign in but the code to verify mobile doesn’t send. Coles have been horrible to deal with to get it sorted too - sending generic condescending “it’s as simple as…” emails. Have been hung up when phoning through this problem and have had their IT people look into it, tell me they have taken off mobile verification, only to be stuck with the same error in the app (even after deleting cookies and reinstalling the app). Worst app I have ever used and I’m done.

Very happy with app until recent update. Now required to sign in to Coles account to link to Flybuys account but stuck in a loop which won’t verify my account so can’t use app and see all my paperless receipts. Do app developers actually test updates before they are released? This app is now useless.

First timer. I found it difficult with the customer service operator. She told me that I didn’t have a time slot in my area. I’d already placed the order and was being packed lol. My order was delivered in two hours. Brilliant. Got everything I ordered. Very polite drop of driver. How great full I am. Unable to get to supermarket after injuries from a falling accident. Very great full. My goodness. Be great full that they have stock unlike Woolworths. Stop complaining and shop elsewhere. I guarantee you’ll return to Cole’s. Go coles. Thanks for your donation when my brother in law died saving life’s. Bravery award. Thanks Cole’s.
