I have previously used the app 4 times and my flights were mostly on time so didn’t need the actual service of the app, however I just uploaded my latest flight and suddenly got a long document in my email describing how I will actually get payment 48 hours after I sign a number of additional Documents. My flight is very late now and have passed the original ARRIVAL time by over 3 hours but is yet to take off and there is not even an automatic notification to let me know what is happening. However, according to their rules that I just got, I am also not allowed to withdraw from the contract, never mind the false advertising.
