Auch wenn noch nicht alles immer fehlerfrei und reibungslos funktioniert, bin ich den Entwicklern sehr dankbar für diesen Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Jetzt noch einen direkten Zugang zur Nextcloud, und ich bin wunschlos glücklich.

Umsonst, ist der richtige Ausdruck. 

Installation und der ernsthafte Versuch dies auf meinem IPad als Alternative bzw. Ergänzung zu Pages zu benutzen, waren vollkommen Umsonst. 

Erst wollte ich eine ausführliche Rezension schreiben, aber das wäre wohl auch umsonst. Kann NICHTS, nicht einmal Texte schreiben. 

Keine böse willkür meinerseits, sie kann wirklich nichts.

Endlich gibt es ein Libre Office auch für iOS und iPadOS.
Ich nutze Libre Office schon ewig auf meinen Mac‘s und bin sehr zufrieden. Nun kann ich es auch endlich auf dem iPhone und iPad nutzen. Kleine Fehler gibt es zwar noch, aber wie man sieht gibt es regelmäßig Updates.

Macht weiter so:
Mit jedem Update wird die App besser !
Ich nutze sie unterwegs regelmäßig und bin sehr zufrieden !!!

Mal wieder‼️‼️‼️ (09.07.24) Warum? Leider ist die App auf dem iPad nicht verwendbar, weil sie nicht dem System incl. an die gewohnten Gesten anfepasst sind. Es ist schlicht ein Versuch eine Maus orientierte App zu erstellen. Ich komme mir vor wie in den 90ern. 😖 Hallo? Wir haben hier ein iPad in der Hand und keinen Win-Rechner.🤪 Auch nach dem letzten Update ist keine Besserung hinsichtlich der Integration von iPad-typischen Gesten. Auf meinem M4 iPadPro 13“ sind zudem die Dokumente immer invertiert angezeigt. Feature vs. Bug ‼️🤷🏼‍♂️
Edit 09.09.24: die App ist nach wie vor Schrott. ich bin mit meinem iPad im hellen Modus, aber die App wird mir im Dunkel Modus angezeigt.🤯dann wähl ich eine Schrift aus klicke ich dann, aber auf das Textfeld ändert sich die Schrift wieder. 🤯👎🏼 somit ist die App absolut unbrauchbar. (M4 iPadPro 13“)

### ***-- "Open Office von Collabora läuft unter iOS 17.5.1 nicht mit Pencil"
Zur Zeit kein ordentliches arbeiten mit einem Pencil unter iPad möglich, dieser wird einfach nicht mehr erkannt, hier wäre ein Update von Nöten. Betrifft Logitech und Apple Pencil. Update Juli 2024, auch nach den neuesten Update funktioniert es mit einem Pencil nicht, sehr schade. ☹️

ein mobiles Libre Office (oder kompatibles Office) ist dringend nötig! Vielen Dank für Eure Mühe!

Aber das hier kann es doch nichts sein. Habt Ihr selbst mal damit gearbeitet? Seid ihr zufrieden? 

Es ist nicht möglich, eine Impress Präsentation auf dem iPad im Präsentationsmodus starten. Der Bildschirm bleibt weiß.

Die Präsentation wird fehlerfrei geöffnet und wirklich alles sitzt, auch die Matheformeln. Das ist fantastisch! Aber ich müsste es eben auch präsentieren können und während der Präsentation Anmerkungen mit dem Stift machen können.

So ist das leider unbrauchbar. Wenn es an jeder Stelle hakelt und stottert, dann ist das eben doch keine Alternative und man muss bei MS bleiben. Wirklich, wirklich schade!! 

Was sind das für Prioritäten in der Entwicklung, wenn wesentliche Grundfunktionen nicht funktionieren, aber jetzt der Darkmode funktioniert?

Liebe Entwickler: Macht Eure Arbeit bitte richtig oder lasst es sein. So hat keiner was davon. Es nutzt mir auch nichts, wenn stetig weiter entwickelt wird, und die Software 2035 dann endlich mal brauchbar ist. Wenn das Geld nicht reicht, dann lasst die Nutzer bezahlen. Bei Microsoft bezahlen wir ja auch. Ich denke kein ernsthafter Nutzer erwartet das alles kostenlos!

### ***-- "Bugs in Collabora for iPad"
Drop-Down-Menüs verdecken die pop-up-Dialogboxen und gehen nciht weg. Elemente im Bar Menu funktionieren nicht, sondern nur über drop down + Dialog, wobei sich beides im Weg steht. Das einfache Ändern eines Fonts im ausgewählten Text kann so zum Problem werden. Von reibungslosem Arbeiten weit entfernt. Gut ist, dass man seine in LibreOffice erstellten Doks (ja, auch in Word) hier relativ verlustfrei ansehen und (sofern die beschriebenen bugs sich nicht auswirken) auch bearbeiten kann. Als standalone-Textverarbeitung würde ich Collabora für iPad nicht empfehlen.

Auf dem iPad stürzt die App schon beim laden einer libreoffice calc Datei, auf dem iPhon beim verschieben der Ansicht ab. Man kann weder die Dateien einsehen, noch sie bearbeiten. Derzeitig völlig unbrauchbar.

It takes an hour to figure out how to do copy paste. When pasting from Notes app the text gets trash formatting. Cannot figure out how to paste formatting from another text or to paste text without formatting. Great idea but complete shame that these basic UI functions implemented incorrectly.

Der Aufbau der App und der Funktionsumfang ist super, jedoch stürzt die App immer wieder ab sobald man ein Dokument öffnet . 
Wenn man diesen fehler beheben kann, wäre hier für mich eine fünf Sterne Bewertung drin.

I downloaded this app because I accidentely saved a file as .odt and couldn‘t open it with other apps on my iPad. The app itself looks good enough but some bugs make it virtually impossible to use. Example: I tapped on the search field and suddenly I had a weird splitscreen without access to the menu that I couldn‘t get out off. Thankfully the app saved my changes so a restart helped. I tried the same thing, same result. The third time I couldn‘t tap into the search field because the keyboard kept blocking the lower part of the screen, no matter how often I collapsed it.
Bugs can happen, sure, but I don‘t want to spend the first 10 minutes of using an app trying to work around them.

…als Notfallset bestens geeignet. Bei ‚Excel‘ wird die Scrollfunktion im ‚Funktionsmenue‘ vermisst. Dafür gibt es eine ‚Suchfunktion‘ . 
Der Kreativität werden dennoch noch arge Grenzen gesetzt. 
Immerhin🫣. Nettes App. Das bisher brauchbarste App im Office-Bereich.
