Don’t ever upgrade your data limit. You won’t be able to link your account to the data increase. When you ask for help with their customer service, you will not be helped.

TOO SLOW

I have been trying to upload and share a board for nearly 5 hours. And I can’t get past 89%. If I get a text or phone call the completed percentage drops done to a lower number and I still have to stare at my phone to keep it open. This is ridiculous.

Don’t waste your time with a further headache, skip this app

This app has caused me nothing but trouble when trying to navigate it. The files that transfer often times get lost when they are downloaded. For the past three times I received photo files, the support people have had to find them and send them to me. A large part of using this platform is to only use their platform with no outside Integration. Which leads to a significant amount time spent meddling with files, only to transfer them to Lightroom or even Instagram to edit. The cost of pro ($10.99 a/month) can be mitigated by the storage of 200GB. WeTrasnfer has been pretty much been a hassle to deal with since the start of me using their platform (3years) and sadly I am searching for a better platform to work on. Overall take: ease of use 5/10, account issues 1/10, cost of storage 4/10, would I recommend to a friend ->nope.

Terrible app hard to navigate

This app is terrible so difficult to navigate. I had paid to have photos done professionally and they were sent via this app and I cannot even open. What a waste of time and money!!

I Love WeTransfer But This Ain’t It 😭

This App Should Be A Cloud Storage For Photos, Videos, Files, ETC & Could Of Gad A Beautiful Design Like WeTransfer But This Needs MAJOR Work 1. Let Us Change Our Profile Picture. Not Sure Why I Sign Into My Account & My Profile Picture Is Gone 2. Add More Settings. There Is Like Nothing To Change. Maybe Give Is A Few App Icon Options, Dark To Light Mode, ETC More Than Likely Nothing Will Change So I Won’t Go On. But This Is Beyond Disappointing As Someone Who Is Paying For WeTransfer. This Should Have Been A Mix Of Google Photos And Google Drive, Not This…
