The worst
The photos do not sync in a cloud, it syncs between devices. Lost a bunch of photos due to the app on my phone de-syncing and some how on the web too. Thanks! Been paying every month for years! A waste.

Superbly simple to use.
Love it!
Keeps crashing a second after launch
Can’t use it at all.
Gmail
Accounts to use this feature. And you gave me the option to create a new account. Giving you my email and me using a new password to create my account. Then I get an email to confirm my new account and I also got a notification from my gmail that I’m using my gmail account to have this account active. Without using my separate secured password I’ve chosen to use on this account? Why? I’ve logged out then logged in but not able to use my password I’ve chosen for this account. Instead I’m having to use my gmail password to login to this account.
A very useful app, indeed.
If I only had time to learn all the details about this app, I would probably be able to use all of its features. Knowing what I know about it, it has helped me much already. 👍🙏
I can not understand it
Wetransfer in a browser is simple. Easy to mail files, but how do I send an email within the IPhone app. I remember when the app in the phone was just as the great as the web browser version. Now it just somethings stupid. Collect? What for, I want to send not collect. I deleted the app now, will transfer the files to my computer so I can use the web browser version that does not suck.
Bugged af
The app is bugged af, 1st, I can’t even loggin cus safari has “too many redirections”. 2nd, when bypassing the first problem by logging in via safari and then accessing the app with me signed in, the app shuts-down after I’ve used it once. When I try to open the app up again it just shuts down before even opening up fully. 👎👎👎👎👎

Missing preview
Whether you are on IPhone, IPad or a Mac, preview of pics are not visible. Customer service knows this “bug” but say that they are working on it. Well, still nothing several months into my subscription. I will now cancel it and claim a refund. Do not subscribe. Go for ICloud etc.
