Big fan of WeTransfer the website on a computer but the app is very glitchy & clunky - not able to search easily or at all as crashes as you open it so pretty useless when trying to recover things you’ve saved - needs lots of work to fix as need to access important research & cannot. Please sort ASAP.
2024 & STILL crashing - not easy to search for  things you’ve saved as is no tile/ title toggle view or even edit boards titles.  I need this app for my research & to quickly & securely transfer heavy files but the app is really not functioning in the basic way it should solve those issues.  Please sort ASAP

Please tell me I am not understanding  correctly what this app can and cannot do. I have a wetransfer pro membership. Can I download my received files directly to collect? Apparently NOT. The most basic requirement to me. Can I sort my images in collect boards into different sequences? Apparently NOT? 
What in fact is the point of this app at all?

I’ve used this for years and can’t fathom why when photos vanish without a trace even if you remain under the storage limit. They do nothing to retrieve them.

Initially, this app worked well - simple and straightforward to use. I had built up over 150 boards of product shots I was sharing with my customers. But gradually glitches would appear. Customers said they couldn’t see updates to the board and I realised the images weren’t syncing. Then it would just simply crash or the transfer to specific boards on upload wouldn’t work. Then the whole thing froze in “Optimising Storage” mode ... for over a week. I received a reply from support telling me a fix will be issued in a future update. Now the whole thing has crashed again and the boards are not reloading automatically. This is infuriating as I have zero access to my boards indefinitely. I can depend on this highly unreliable app, I have already begun to rebuild my boards elsewhere.

I really love this app, it’s great…almost - Every now and then I get logged-out and then the boards have to be re-synced to my phone, which means every single image has to be clicked on to download, it’s such a tedious and time-consuming exercise. Not sure the reward is worth the pain
