I love the app myself and my label artists use it all the time to share tracks and ideas.

Omg, most of my oh this disappeared and I don’t know how to retrieve them, it says an error and requested URL is not found ,I’ve trusted this app all the professional photos gone I’m super upset. Can you do something to return them pls . There’s no help or support option 😔
Constantly crashing on iPhone x Pro plus
Big fan of WeTransfer the website on a computer but the app is very glitchy & clunky - not able to search easily or at all as crashes as you open it so pretty useless when trying to recover things you’ve saved - needs lots of work to fix as need to access important research & cannot. Please sort ASAP. 2024 & STILL crashing - not easy to search for things you’ve saved as is no tile/ title toggle view or even edit boards titles. I need this app for my research & to quickly & securely transfer heavy files but the app is really not functioning in the basic way it should solve those issues. Please sort ASAP
Generally poor
Of late I think the ap has lost/ deleted some of my boards as they are missing and I have loads of empty folders. It’s very frustrating
Awful
This app never works, the amount of times i have to redownload it for my photos to come back up is constant or they disappear. My photos wouldn’t sync so i tried to log back in and now it wont let me. Do not recommend
A waste of time?
Please tell me I am not understanding correctly what this app can and cannot do. I have a wetransfer pro membership. Can I download my received files directly to collect? Apparently NOT. The most basic requirement to me. Can I sort my images in collect boards into different sequences? Apparently NOT? What in fact is the point of this app at all?
