I’ve been using this app for a few years now for meditation recordings.   I switched from Bose headphones to beats and now I cannot listen while screen is locked.  I’ve done all the basics of restarting app, restarting phone (which usually worked in the past with this issue), checking app settings for permissions (collect has next to no settings in app).  App was not even listed under the app background refresh list.   Not sure what to do now as I want to keep listening to my recordings.

I signed up for the free version of " we collect" and as I was collecting and storing them in this app, which I believed to be safe, but to my surprise it's not safe. I lost almost 300 photos, the just disappeared and I have no way of finding them. Customer service is a joke, they don't care.

have been using free version for a couple years but always anxious to really dive in & trust my data won’t be lost with a new system.  been researching further as hands-down the style & ease of saving/retrieving data is best I have ever seen- absolutely love this app. however, $99 a year is crazy.  One time fee, sure, $50/60 a year, pricy but ok.  $99 a year when data gets lost, customer service is terrible, bot help gave me a flat out incorrect instruction, etc. I really hope these creators can fix their reliability, customer support & pricing structure because it would be an amazing winner of an app, work flow like no other & eventually would be worth $99 a year but they have a long way to go.  at least lower your pricing or add different levels of pricing until it becomes more reliable or it’s going to fail & fade away.
