Niet alleen in je eigen winkel, maar in het hele winkelgebied. Het collectief winkelverbod is een goed instrument om overlastgevers gezamenlijk aan te pakken. Zo kun je veelplegers voor langere tijd de toegang ontzeggen tot alle deelnemende winkels in het winkelgebied. Het Centrum voor Criminaliteitspreventie en Veiligheid (CCV) helpt met een modelprotocol dat iedere winkelier kan toepassen, een bijbehorend registratiesysteem van de ongewenste bezoekers én een handige app om snel te zien wie een winkelverbod heeft of een waarschuwing heeft gekregen. Alleen winkeliers die deelnemen aan het CCV collectief winkelverbod hebben toegang tot deze app. In de app vind je: - een overzicht van personen met een winkelverbod of waarschuwing voor het betreffende winkelgebied; - formulieren voor het aanzeggen van een winkelverbod, waarschuwing of de aangifte van huisvredebreuk; - antwoorden op veelgestelde vragen.
