Collection for Auckland

App no longer works on my iPhone. When I select my address the next screen doesn’t load and is blank. Have done a few updates when available and made no improvement.

Found a bug but no way to contact developer except this form. The “contact us” function inside the app requires me to install apple mail, which I ain’t doing. There’s no contact details on the website either.

Really appreciate this app. Easy for me to check anyone’s address (eg mum and grandma) so they dont miss a collection. I wish I can maybe add something (like garden collection). Sometimes app does not open but a quick force close and re-open solves every time, so no big deal.

A council run app should have so many ad and loading time is too long from time to time.

App could be great. Takes to long to load if it loads at all.

Excellent service - often used.

I’ve suggested a few changes (including keeping the last address searched), and they respond/update. Great app. Fits the purpose.

Updated as requested and now just getting a grey screen after the message that the app is updating!! ☹️
