## Collection Pot Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Utterly unusable"
As title. Wasted precious time on both iOS and web with different issues on both. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
-- ep1965, 2025-08-19

### *---- "Awful"
They take money from you for their ‘services’ which is essentially set at an extortionate level. Go elsewhere.
-- JS_2025, 2025-04-07

### *---- "App freezes"
Frustrating, terrible, taken 2 hours of my time. Never will use again
-- Awbendy, 2025-03-31

### *---- "Really bad"
Next to impossible to get the money out. They make it SO HARD. Impossible to verify your account, the camera function needed for Face ID and submitting your identification just doesn’t work.
-- Deborah28, 2025-03-19

### *---- "Useless"
There’s no captcha human test …but I can’t get past entering my email address because it’s failing captcha?
-- gegefdejrhdje, 2025-02-28

### *---- "Captcha Issue"
Can’t get past the login page as it throws a Captcha verification fail every time without offering a captcha opportunity. Bad.
-- TheStevieGee, 2025-02-08

### *---- "Not developped well"
Similar to previous entry, I can’t pass the Login Page, having registered before successfully. As the previous comment dates from one year ago, I guess no one is developing this app. Shame as it seemed a good idea. Not trusting to keep my collected money safe if they can’t get their app to work safely!!!!
-- FrenchyMF, 2025-01-14

### *---- "Poor sign up process"
Validation of email and mobile phone numbers is clunky with confirmation codes Eraring out because they take so long to come through. The app then doesn’t allow you to login due to some form of capture validation error. If I hadn’t sent the card out, I would have gone to another service provider. I would choose another one if I was you.
-- Sikaff, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Does Not Work"
I tried to download to keep track of my mum’s memorial charity donations and I cannot login. I enter my email and it says something about “captcha”. I once got past the email page only to get the same message when I entered the password. Useless.
-- Terry_38, 2024-11-24

### **--- "No Apple Pay"
There is no Apple Pay option, which is disappointing. Please add to the service so that I can use it (I won't until you do).
