Beaucoup de bugs dans l’app iOS  , il faudrait aussi penser à indiquer les minutes d’attente approximative pour la venue du taxi car le plan n’est pas suffisant parfois le logo de la voiture n’apparaît pas et on ne sait pas quand il vient ou non

On peut jamais savoir quand le Taxi est passé, en retard ou en chemin ! Parfois ils ont de l’avance, du retard, obligé d’appeler la centrale pour savoir où est le taxi. Améliorez-vous

J’avais demandé un collecto pour aller de la Place Flagey (Ixelles) à Midi (normalement 15-20 minutes de voyage maximum). Le taxi arrive, je suis le premier passager. J’avais prévu qu’on devrait aller chercher d’autres passagers sur le chemin vers ma destination, c’est normal, mais quand le taxiste m’a dit, en s’excusant (et après avoir appelé la centrale pour le confirmer) qu’il devait suivre la route qu’on lui imposait, laquelle impliquait passer par Schaerbeek, Bruxelles 1000, LAEKEN, encore 1 adresse et seulement après m’amener à Gare du Midi, je suis descendu du taxi.
J’ai pris un taxi normal, 14,5€ au lieu des 6€ (non remboursables, évidemment) du collecto, et je suis arrivé à destination en moins de 20 minutes.
Je comprends le sens de grouper plusieurs passagers sur le chemin, mais pas avec une route ridicule prenant 5 fois plus de temps (sous le pretexte « qu’on ne paie que 6€ »). Ça vaut la peine de payer double au lieu de permettre qu’on se moque des gens…

Enfin une alternative aux Uber!
Je l’ai utilisé hier, l’application fonctionne bien et le taxi est venu à l’heure. 
Rien à redire c’était top, on verra les prochaines fois :)

L’application ne fonctionne pas, mon collecto n’est jamais arrivé, il n’est rien affiché mais mon argent a pourtant bien été débité. J’ajoute à cela que je n’ai jamais eu de réponse au mail que j’ai envoyé au service client
