Unable to connect at all

I bought this app 2 days ago and I have been unable to connect at all. What's more I just found out that you can only stay online for 10 minutes at a time. And if we want to bypass this we are suppose to purchase a third party software somewhere else (like where?).

No Connection.

I can connect at all. Fix it.

Can't Connect To Server

Due to recent update, the apps for ipad cannot connect to server. It did connected once but missing the people icon (normally on top right of the screen). Please help......
